1. Introduction

This Seller Policy ("Policy") governs the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of all sellers ("Sellers" or "Partners") who offer digital and print-on-demand products for sale through Printable Publishing ("Printable Publishing," "Marketplace," "we," "our," or "us").

This Policy forms an integral part of the Marketplace Terms of Use. By creating a Seller account, listing products, participating in the Marketplace, or enrolling in any Marketplace programs, you agree to comply with this Policy and all other applicable Marketplace policies.

Printable Publishing operates as a digital marketplace connecting independent creators with customers purchasing digital books, printables and print-on-demand editions of those books.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Sellers operate independently and remain solely responsible for their businesses, products, legal compliance, taxes, and customer obligations.

Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Policy. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa where the context requires.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to every individual or business approved to sell products through Printable Publishing, including:

  • Individual creators

  • Authors

  • Designers

  • Illustrators

  • Publishers

  • Businesses

  • Marketplace Partners participating in the Partner Program

This Policy governs every aspect of selling through the Marketplace, including:

  • Seller registration

  • Account management

  • Listings

  • Product quality

  • Marketplace subscriptions

  • Fees

  • Payments

  • Customer service

  • Intellectual property

  • Advertising

  • Content moderation

  • Data protection

  • Marketplace conduct

Additional Marketplace policies may supplement this Policy where specifically referenced.

3. Definitions

For purposes of this Policy:

Buyer means any customer purchasing products through the Marketplace.

Digital Product means any downloadable digital book, printable or digital publication offered for sale through Printable Publishing.

Printed Product means any print-on-demand edition of a book offered through the Marketplace, including standard printed editions and Premium (spiralbound) print-on-demand editions.

Product means a Digital Product or a Printed Product. Where this Policy refers to Digital Products, the same obligations apply to Printed Products unless the context requires otherwise.

Variant means a specific purchasable version of a Listing, such as a format (digital, printed, Premium print-on-demand) or a language edition. Each Variant may be published or unpublished independently.

Listing means any product page created by a Seller.

Marketplace means Printable Publishing.

Partner means a Seller who has been accepted into the Marketplace Partner Program.

Partner Program means the invitation-only ambassador program described in this Policy.

Seller means any registered vendor offering Products for sale through the Marketplace.

Subscription Plan means the applicable Marketplace selling plan selected by the Seller.

4. Becoming a Seller

4. 1 Eligibility

To become a Seller you must:

  • be at least eighteen (18) years of age;

  • possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;

  • provide accurate, complete, and current registration information;

  • complete Stripe Connect onboarding in order to receive payouts;

  • comply with all applicable laws and Marketplace policies.

Printable Publishing reserves the right to request documentation necessary to verify identity or ownership of a Seller account.

Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account.

4. 2 Application Process

Seller registration is completed through the official Marketplace registration process. Seller access is granted when the applicant creates an account, accepts this Policy and the Terms of Use, and selects a Subscription Plan.

Seller access does not by itself make Listings public. Before a Listing can be published, the Seller must complete the mandatory profile information (seller name, publishing business name and profile photo) and the mandatory listing information described in Section 9. Premium print-on-demand Variants are additionally submitted to Marketplace administrators for approval and remain in review until approved.

Completing Stripe Connect onboarding is not required in order to create or publish Products on the Starter Plan. It is required in order to receive payouts and in order to upgrade to a paid Subscription Plan.

Printable Publishing reserves the right to:

  • review a Seller account or Listing at any time;

  • deny, suspend or withdraw Seller access;

  • request additional information;

  • withhold publication of a Listing while conducting compliance reviews.

Review and approval decisions remain entirely at the discretion of Printable Publishing.

The Seller profile and the first book uploaded as a draft are the documentation on which an application is assessed. Applicants are not approved Sellers until a Marketplace administrator has approved the application and every onboarding step — plan selection and acceptance of this Policy, completed profile, first draft book, administrator approval and payout connection — has been completed. Nothing uploaded before approval is visible to the public. Sellers onboarded directly by a Marketplace administrator are exempt from the application steps.

4. 3 Seller Profile

Sellers receive access to a Seller Dashboard.

The Seller Dashboard allows Sellers to:

  • upload products;

  • manage listings;

  • edit product information;

  • monitor orders;

  • view payouts;

  • manage account information.

Each Seller is encouraged to complete their profile with accurate information describing their publishing business.

Profile information must remain truthful and up to date.

4. 4 Business Licensing

Printable Publishing does not require Sellers to operate through a registered business entity.

However, Sellers remain solely responsible for determining whether business registration, licensing, tax registration, VAT registration, or other governmental requirements apply in their jurisdiction.

Printable Publishing does not provide legal or tax advice regarding Seller registration requirements.

4. 5 Account Security

Sellers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Sellers must:

  • use strong passwords;

  • prevent unauthorized access;

  • immediately notify Printable Publishing of suspected unauthorized use;

  • maintain accurate contact information.

The Marketplace is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the Seller's failure to protect account credentials.

4. 6 Seller Independence

Sellers operate independent businesses.

Nothing contained within this Policy creates:

  • employment;

  • partnership;

  • agency;

  • franchise;

  • joint venture;

  • fiduciary relationship.

Sellers may not represent themselves as employees or authorized representatives of Printable Publishing.

5. Seller Accounts

5. 1 One Account Policy

Unless expressly authorized by Printable Publishing, each Seller may maintain only one Seller account.

Multiple accounts created to circumvent Marketplace rules, subscription limits, suspensions, or enforcement actions may be permanently suspended.

5. 2 Accurate Information

Sellers agree to maintain accurate information including:

  • legal name;

  • contact details;

  • payment information;

  • tax information where required;

  • business information.

Failure to maintain current information may delay payouts or result in account restrictions.

5. 3 Account Verification

Printable Publishing may request identity verification at any time.

Verification may include:

  • government-issued identification;

  • proof of address;

  • payment verification;

  • ownership documentation;

  • tax documentation.

Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

5. 4 Account Responsibility

Sellers remain fully responsible for all activities conducted through their account.

This responsibility includes:

  • product uploads;

  • listing edits;

  • pricing;

  • communications;

  • customer support;

  • compliance with Marketplace policies.

Unauthorized use resulting from inadequate account security remains the Seller's responsibility unless caused by Marketplace negligence.

5. 5 Account Availability

Printable Publishing strives to maintain continuous Marketplace availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • maintenance;

  • software updates;

  • security incidents;

  • technical failures;

  • third-party service disruptions.

Printable Publishing shall not be liable for temporary interruptions outside its reasonable control.

6. Marketplace Partner Program

6. 1 Purpose of the Partner Program

The Marketplace Partner Program ("Partner Program") is an invitation-only program established to recognize and reward selected Sellers who actively support the growth, development, and success of Printable Publishing.

Partners serve as ambassadors for the Marketplace and may receive additional benefits in recognition of their voluntary contributions to the Marketplace community.

Participation in the Partner Program is a privilege and not a right. Admission into the program is subject to invitation by Printable Publishing and continued compliance with this Policy, the Terms of Use, and all other Marketplace policies.

Participation in the Partner Program does not alter the Seller's status as an independent business. The Partner Program is invitation-only and is currently administered manually by Printable Publishing; there is no self-service application or separate Partner dashboard in the Seller area at this time.

6. 2 Eligibility

To become a Marketplace Partner, a Seller must:

  • maintain an active Seller account in good standing;

  • receive an invitation from Printable Publishing;

  • accept this Seller Policy and the Terms of Use;

  • remain compliant with all Marketplace policies;

  • maintain a positive and professional relationship with the Marketplace community.

Printable Publishing reserves the sole and absolute discretion to:

  • invite Sellers into the Partner Program;

  • decline any application or request for Partner status;

  • suspend Partner status;

  • revoke Partner status;

  • terminate Partner participation at any time in accordance with this Policy.

No Seller has a contractual or legal entitlement to receive or retain Partner status.

6. 3 Nature of the Program

The Partner Program is intended to encourage long-term collaboration between Printable Publishing and selected Sellers who contribute positively to the Marketplace.

Partners are expected to support the Marketplace through their experience, knowledge, professionalism, and constructive participation.

Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, franchise, agency, joint venture, or partnership between Printable Publishing and any Partner.

Partners remain independent Sellers responsible for operating their own businesses.

6. 4 Partner Benefits

Approved Partners may receive one or more benefits offered by Printable Publishing.

Benefits are provided at the Marketplace's discretion and may vary between Partners depending on the operation of the Partner Program.

Benefits may include, but are not limited to, those described below.

6. 4.1 Lifetime Subscription Waiver

Partners are exempt from Marketplace subscription fees for so long as they maintain active Partner status.

The subscription waiver applies solely to Marketplace subscription fees.

The waiver does not create any ownership interest in the Marketplace and is not transferable.

6. 4.2 Commission-Free Marketplace Sales

Partners retain one hundred percent (100%) of revenue from qualifying Marketplace sales, subject to deductions required under this Policy.

Commission-free status applies exclusively to Marketplace commissions that would otherwise be charged under the applicable Subscription Plan.

Partner status does not exempt a Partner from:

  • value added tax (VAT);

  • goods and services tax (GST);

  • sales tax;

  • income tax;

  • withholding taxes;

  • payment processing fees;

  • PayPal fees;

  • Stripe fees;

  • banking fees;

  • currency conversion fees;

  • chargeback fees;

  • refund deductions;

  • governmental levies;

  • regulatory charges;

  • any third-party processing costs.

Partners remain solely responsible for determining, reporting, filing, and paying any taxes applicable to their business activities.

Printable Publishing does not provide tax advice and assumes no responsibility for a Partner's tax obligations.

6. 4.3 Access to Exclusive Resources

Partners may receive access to Marketplace resources not generally available to Sellers.

Such resources may include:

  • Partner discussion forums;

  • private announcements;

  • feature request platforms;

  • surveys;

  • voting initiatives;

  • beta testing opportunities;

  • early access to Marketplace features;

  • educational materials;

  • Partner-only communications;

  • pilot programs.

Printable Publishing may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Partner resource without prior notice.

Access to any Partner resource does not guarantee its continued availability.

6. 5 Marketplace Ambassador Responsibilities

Partners agree to act as positive ambassadors for Printable Publishing.

Partners should support the Marketplace through professional, honest, and ethical conduct.

Partners are encouraged, where appropriate, to:

  • recommend the Marketplace to potential customers;

  • recommend the Marketplace to creators seeking a platform;

  • provide constructive feedback;

  • participate in Marketplace discussions;

  • contribute ideas for future improvements;

  • promote the Marketplace honestly through their own channels;

  • assist in identifying opportunities for Marketplace improvement.

Nothing in this Policy requires Partners to engage in any particular promotional activity.

Partners determine independently whether and how they promote the Marketplace.

6. 6 Marketplace Loyalty and Conflicts of Interest

Printable Publishing recognizes that Sellers may operate businesses through multiple marketplaces.

Participation in the Partner Program does not prohibit a Partner from:

  • maintaining stores on other platforms;

  • operating independent websites;

  • selling products through alternative sales channels.

However, while participating in the Partner Program, Partners agree not to actively promote, recruit for, represent, endorse, or advocate competing marketplaces in a manner that materially conflicts with their role as a Marketplace ambassador.

For purposes of this Policy, a competing marketplace is any platform primarily engaged in the sale or distribution of products substantially similar to those offered through Printable Publishing.

This provision does not prohibit ordinary commercial activity.

Instead, it is intended to prevent situations where a Partner simultaneously represents Printable Publishing while actively promoting competing marketplaces in a manner that undermines the objectives of the Partner Program.

Printable Publishing reserves the right to determine, acting reasonably and in good faith, whether a particular activity constitutes a material conflict of interest.

6. 7 Partner Activity Expectations

The Partner Program is intended for Sellers who make genuine and ongoing contributions to the Marketplace community.

Printable Publishing does not impose:

  • mandatory sales quotas;

  • recruitment requirements;

  • advertising minimums;

  • posting schedules;

  • performance metrics.

Instead, Partners are expected to remain reasonably engaged with the Marketplace.

Examples of meaningful contributions include:

  • recommending Printable Publishing where appropriate;

  • sharing Marketplace announcements;

  • participating in Partner discussions;

  • submitting feature suggestions;

  • reporting bugs;

  • participating in surveys;

  • testing new Marketplace features;

  • providing constructive feedback;

  • supporting fellow creators.

Printable Publishing acknowledges that every Partner contributes differently.

The Marketplace evaluates overall participation rather than any single activity.

6. 8 Suggestions and Feedback

Partners may voluntarily submit:

  • ideas;

  • suggestions;

  • feature requests;

  • feedback;

  • bug reports;

  • usability recommendations;

  • improvement proposals.

By submitting feedback, the Partner grants Printable Publishing a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, modify, implement, publish, reproduce, adapt, commercialize, or otherwise utilize such feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation or attribution.

Submission of feedback does not create:

  • ownership rights;

  • intellectual property rights;

  • licensing rights;

  • compensation rights;

  • royalty rights.

Printable Publishing retains sole discretion regarding whether any submitted suggestion will be implemented.

6. 9 Confidentiality

Partners may receive access to confidential information not available to the general public.

Confidential information may include, without limitation:

  • product roadmaps;

  • beta features;

  • unreleased functionality;

  • business strategies;

  • financial information;

  • operational procedures;

  • development plans;

  • technical documentation;

  • internal policies;

  • commercial discussions.

Partners agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and shall not disclose, publish, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise make confidential information available to any third party without the Marketplace's prior written consent.

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of Partner status.

6. 10 Independent Relationship

Participation in the Partner Program does not create:

  • employment;

  • partnership;

  • joint venture;

  • agency;

  • franchise;

  • representative authority.

Partners may not enter into agreements, make commitments, offer guarantees, or incur liabilities on behalf of Printable Publishing.

Partners are not authorized spokespersons unless expressly appointed in writing.

6. 11 Non-Transferability

Partner status is personal to the approved Partner.

Partner status may not be:

  • assigned;

  • transferred;

  • sublicensed;

  • sold;

  • leased;

  • inherited;

  • pledged;

  • shared with another individual or entity.

Any attempted transfer is void and may result in immediate termination of Partner status.

6. 12 Code of Conduct

Partners shall conduct themselves professionally when interacting with:

  • customers;

  • Sellers;

  • Marketplace personnel;

  • service providers;

  • members of the Marketplace community.

Partners must not engage in conduct that:

  • is fraudulent;

  • deceptive;

  • misleading;

  • abusive;

  • discriminatory;

  • harassing;

  • defamatory;

  • unlawful;

  • unethical;

  • harmful to the reputation of Printable Publishing.

Partners shall respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with all applicable Marketplace policies.

Violations of this section may result in immediate removal from the Partner Program and may also result in Seller account suspension where appropriate.

6. 13 Review of Partner Status

Printable Publishing may periodically review Partner participation.

Partner status may be revoked where a Partner:

  • becomes inactive for an extended period;

  • ceases to support the objectives of the Partner Program;

  • repeatedly acts contrary to the interests of the Marketplace;

  • materially breaches Marketplace policies;

  • engages in unlawful or unethical conduct;

  • creates a material conflict of interest;

  • breaches confidentiality obligations;

  • damages the reputation of the Marketplace.

Where reasonably practicable, Printable Publishing will provide notice before removing Partner status and may allow the Partner an opportunity to resume active participation.

Nothing in this section obligates Printable Publishing to maintain Partner status where continued participation would be contrary to the interests of the Marketplace.

6. 14 Voluntary Withdrawal

Partners may voluntarily withdraw from the Partner Program at any time by providing written notice to Printable Publishing.

Upon withdrawal:

  • Partner status shall terminate;

  • Partner benefits shall cease;

  • the Seller account shall revert to the applicable standard Subscription Plan then in effect.

6. 15 Modification or Discontinuation of the Partner Program

Printable Publishing reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue the Partner Program at any time.

Although the Marketplace intends Partner benefits to remain available indefinitely, no Partner benefit is guaranteed for life.

Business, operational, legal, financial, regulatory, or ownership changes may require modification or discontinuation of the program.

Where reasonably practicable, Printable Publishing will provide advance notice of significant changes.

Changes shall not affect completed transactions processed before the effective date of such changes.

6. 16 Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Partner Program is voluntary.

Printable Publishing makes no representation or guarantee regarding:

  • sales;

  • revenue;

  • customer traffic;

  • Marketplace growth;

  • future Partner benefits;

  • business opportunities;

  • commercial success.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Printable Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Partner Program.

6. 17 Effect of Termination

Termination of Partner status shall not affect:

  • outstanding legal obligations;

  • confidentiality obligations;

  • intellectual property rights;

  • dispute resolution provisions;

  • limitations of liability;

  • any provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination.

Upon termination, the Seller may continue selling through the Marketplace under the standard Seller terms, provided the Seller remains otherwise eligible to do so.

7. Subscription Plans, Marketplace Fees & Payouts

7. 1 Purpose

This section governs Marketplace subscription plans, commissions, transaction fees, payouts, refunds, taxes, payment processing, and other financial matters relating to Sellers.

By listing Digital Products for sale through Printable Publishing, Sellers agree to the fees and payment structure described in this Policy.

Depending on the Buyer’s location, the type of Product and the requirements of the applicable jurisdiction, prices may be displayed either inclusive or exclusive of applicable indirect taxes (such as VAT, GST or sales tax). Where tax is not included in the displayed price, it is calculated and added at checkout and disclosed to the Buyer before payment. Applicable tax is calculated, and where required collected and remitted, through the Marketplace’s payment provider: digital orders are processed under the provider’s managed tax compliance service, and orders containing Printed Products use automatic tax calculation. Marketplace subscription fees are quoted exclusive of any such taxes unless stated otherwise.

Printable Publishing does not withhold income tax on behalf of Sellers. Sellers remain solely responsible for reporting and paying their own income and business taxes.

All Marketplace fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. 2 Subscription Plans

Printable Publishing offers multiple Seller subscription plans designed to accommodate creators at different stages of their publishing business.

Subscription plans may differ in:

  • monthly subscription price;

  • listing capacity;

  • Marketplace commission rates;

  • promotional benefits;

  • additional Marketplace services.

Current subscription plans are published on the Marketplace website and incorporated into this Policy by reference.

Printable Publishing reserves the right to introduce new subscription plans, modify existing plans, discontinue plans, or change pricing in accordance with Section 21 (Policy Updates).

7. 3 Current Subscription Structure

At the Effective Date of this Policy, the Marketplace offers the following subscription plans.

Plan Monthly Fee Active Listings Marketplace Commission
Starter Free Unlimited 5%
PRO $29 Unlimited 0%

Printable Publishing may modify these plans from time to time.

Updated subscription plans become effective on the date specified by the Marketplace.

7. 4 Subscription Changes

Sellers may upgrade or downgrade their subscription at any time through their Seller Dashboard.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • upgrades become effective immediately or at the beginning of the next billing cycle, as determined by the Marketplace;

  • downgrades become effective at the end of the current billing period;

  • subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

Printable Publishing may introduce additional upgrade or downgrade procedures where operationally necessary.

7. 5 Subscription Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file, until cancelled by the Seller through the Seller Dashboard.

If a subscription is cancelled, or if renewal payment fails and is not resolved, the Seller account reverts to the Starter Plan at the end of the paid period. Listings remain in place; the Starter Plan commission then applies to subsequent sales.

The Marketplace may send renewal, cancellation or failed-payment notifications. Failure to receive a notification does not relieve the Seller of responsibility for maintaining an active subscription.

7. 6 Grace Period

Printable Publishing may, at its sole discretion, provide a grace period following subscription expiration.

During any grace period:

  • existing listings may remain active;

  • Seller benefits may continue;

  • renewal may occur without interruption.

If the subscription is not renewed before expiration of the grace period, the Seller account will automatically transition to the applicable lower-tier subscription.

The availability and duration of any grace period may change without notice.

7. 7 Listing Limits Following Downgrade

When a Seller downgrades to a subscription plan with fewer permitted listings, the number of active listings must not exceed the limit of the new plan.

Where necessary, Printable Publishing may automatically deactivate excess listings.

Deactivated listings:

  • remain associated with the Seller account;

  • are not deleted;

  • remain unavailable for purchase until reactivated.

Listings selected for deactivation may be determined by:

  • Marketplace performance;

  • listing age;

  • sales history;

  • Seller selection where available;

  • operational considerations.

Printable Publishing reserves the right to determine the method used.

7. 8 Reactivating Listings

If a Seller later upgrades to a subscription permitting additional listings, previously deactivated listings may be restored.

The Marketplace may require manual activation or automatically restore eligible listings.

The Marketplace does not guarantee restoration order.

7. 9 Marketplace Commission

Marketplace commission is calculated on qualifying sales according to the Seller's active subscription plan.

Commission is deducted before payout.

Commission applies only to Marketplace commission.

No additional Marketplace commission shall be charged unless expressly disclosed.

Partner Program participants whose Marketplace commissions are waived remain subject to all other applicable deductions described in this Policy.

7. 9.1 Referral Acquisition Cost

Participation in the Marketplace customer referral programme (“Give $1. Get $1.”) is voluntary and is chosen by the Seller during onboarding or at any time from the Seller Dashboard. Sellers may leave the programme at any time; leaving takes effect for new orders only and does not change orders already placed.

Where a Seller participates, the referred Buyer’s welcome discount and any store credit redeemed against that Seller’s Products are funded by the Seller as a customer-acquisition cost. The amount is allocated pro-rata across the participating Seller’s lines in the order, is shown as a separate “Referral acquisition” deduction in payout previews and statements, and is reduced pro-rata where an order is refunded.

Marketplace commission is calculated on the full list price and is not affected by the programme. Referral credit and welcome discounts have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not payable to the Seller. Store credit cannot be redeemed against Products from Sellers who have not joined the programme. Printable Publishing may change or withdraw the programme on reasonable notice, and may withhold or reverse credit where abuse, self-referral or circumvention is suspected.

7. 10 Payment Processing Fees

Printable Publishing processes payments through third-party payment providers.

Payment providers may include:

  • PayPal;

  • Stripe;

  • other providers introduced by the Marketplace.

Payment processors may deduct:

  • transaction fees;

  • currency conversion fees;

  • banking charges;

  • regional processing fees.

Such fees are charged by the payment processor rather than Printable Publishing.

Printable Publishing does not control these fees and is not responsible for their calculation.

7. 11 Marketplace Payout Eligibility

To receive Marketplace payouts, Sellers must:

  • maintain an approved Seller account;

  • provide accurate payment information;

  • maintain a completed and verified Stripe Connect account enabled for payouts;

  • remain compliant with this Policy and the Terms of Use.

Printable Publishing may withhold payouts where necessary to investigate:

  • fraud;

  • identity verification;

  • chargebacks;

  • policy violations;

  • suspected unlawful activity.

7. 12 Payout Schedule

Unless otherwise stated, Marketplace payouts are processed within ten (10) days following completion of an eligible sale.

Processing times may vary due to:

  • fraud prevention procedures;

  • payment processor delays;

  • banking systems;

  • weekends;

  • public holidays;

  • compliance reviews;

  • governmental requirements.

Printable Publishing is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

7. 13 Currency

Marketplace product prices are displayed in Euro (€), unless otherwise stated.

Where payouts are made in another currency, conversion shall occur using the payment processor's applicable exchange rate.

Currency conversion fees imposed by payment processors remain the responsibility of the Seller.

Printable Publishing does not guarantee exchange rates.

7. 14 Taxes

7. 14.1 Seller Responsibility

Each Seller remains solely responsible for determining and fulfilling all tax obligations arising from their Marketplace activities.

These obligations may include:

  • VAT;

  • GST;

  • sales tax;

  • income tax;

  • withholding taxes;

  • business registration taxes;

  • local taxes;

  • reporting requirements.

Printable Publishing does not provide tax advice.

Sellers should consult qualified tax professionals regarding their legal obligations.

7. 14.2 Marketplace Tax Collection

Where required by applicable law, Printable Publishing may collect and remit VAT or similar indirect taxes on behalf of governmental authorities.

Where Marketplace tax collection applies:

  • applicable taxes will be calculated during checkout;

  • tax amounts may appear separately on invoices;

  • tax remittances will be handled in accordance with legal requirements.

Where legally required, Marketplace tax deductions may reduce Seller balances before payout.

7. 14.3 Government Reporting

Printable Publishing may disclose Seller information to governmental authorities where legally required.

Such disclosures may include:

  • payout information;

  • tax reporting information;

  • identity information;

  • transaction records.

Printable Publishing shall not disclose Seller information except where required by law or permitted under the Privacy Policy.

7. 15 Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Buyer Policy.

Where a refund is issued in accordance with Marketplace policies or applicable law, the refunded amount may be deducted from future Seller payouts.

Printable Publishing reserves the right to recover refunded amounts where payouts have already been completed.

7. 16 Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback:

  • payment processors may temporarily reverse funds;

  • payouts may be delayed;

  • chargeback fees may apply;

  • additional documentation may be requested.

Chargeback fees imposed by payment processors remain the responsibility of the Seller.

Printable Publishing reserves the right to suspend payouts pending investigation.

7. 17 Fraud Prevention

Printable Publishing may delay, suspend, reverse, or refuse payouts where reasonably necessary to investigate:

  • suspected fraud;

  • identity theft;

  • payment abuse;

  • money laundering;

  • sanctions compliance;

  • unlawful activity;

  • Marketplace abuse.

Printable Publishing may cooperate with financial institutions and governmental authorities during such investigations.

7. 18 Payment Disputes

Sellers should first contact Printable Publishing regarding payout disputes before initiating formal claims through payment providers where appropriate.

Printable Publishing will make reasonable efforts to investigate disputes concerning:

  • Marketplace commissions;

  • payout calculations;

  • subscription charges;

  • refund deductions.

Disputes should be reported promptly following discovery.

7. 19 Financial Records

Sellers are responsible for maintaining their own accounting records.

Printable Publishing does not guarantee permanent storage of:

  • invoices;

  • payout reports;

  • sales reports;

  • commission reports.

Sellers are encouraged to retain copies of financial records for their own accounting and legal compliance.

7. 20 Marketplace Financial Changes

Printable Publishing may modify:

  • subscription pricing;

  • commission rates;

  • listing limits;

  • payout methods;

  • supported payment providers;

  • payout schedules;

  • Marketplace fees.

Where practical, Sellers will receive advance notice of material financial changes.

Continued use of the Marketplace following the effective date constitutes acceptance of such changes.

7. 21 No Financial Guarantee

Printable Publishing makes no guarantee regarding:

  • Seller earnings;

  • sales volume;

  • customer traffic;

  • profitability;

  • Marketplace growth;

  • future commission structures.

Participation in the Marketplace is undertaken at the Seller's own commercial risk.

Printable Publishing shall not be liable for business losses arising from fluctuations in sales, subscription changes, customer demand, payment processor interruptions, or other commercial factors beyond its reasonable control.

8. Seller Responsibilities & Marketplace Standards

8. 1 General Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for all products they publish through Printable Publishing.

By listing a Digital Product, Sellers represent and warrant that they:

  • own or control all rights necessary to distribute the product;

  • have obtained all required permissions and licenses;

  • comply with this Seller Policy, the Terms of Use, and all applicable laws;

  • provide accurate information regarding their products;

  • will conduct business honestly and professionally.

Sellers remain responsible for their business activities before, during, and after each transaction completed through the Marketplace.

Printable Publishing facilitates transactions between independent Sellers and Buyers but is not the publisher, author, or owner of Seller content.

8. 2 Compliance with Applicable Laws

Sellers are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to their business activities, including but not limited to laws relating to:

  • copyright;

  • trademarks;

  • patents;

  • consumer protection;

  • advertising;

  • taxation;

  • privacy;

  • data protection;

  • sanctions;

  • export controls;

  • accessibility requirements where applicable.

Compliance with Marketplace policies does not guarantee compliance with local law.

Sellers remain solely responsible for determining their legal obligations.

8. 3 Product Categories

Printable Publishing specializes in digital publications.

Approved products include, but are not limited to:

  • coloring books;

  • activity books;

  • dot-to-dot books;

  • drawing practice books;

  • educational printable books;

  • puzzle books;

  • similar digital publications approved by the Marketplace.

Printable Publishing reserves the right to expand or modify supported product categories.

Products falling outside approved Marketplace categories may be rejected or removed.

8. 4 Original Content

Sellers must only publish products for which they possess all necessary legal rights.

Products must not:

  • infringe copyrights;

  • infringe trademarks;

  • violate publicity rights;

  • violate privacy rights;

  • copy another creator's work;

  • contain unauthorized third-party content.

The Seller bears sole responsibility for verifying ownership before publication.

8. 5 Product Quality

Printable Publishing maintains quality standards intended to provide Buyers with a consistent purchasing experience.

All Digital Products must:

  • function as described;

  • be complete;

  • be professionally presented;

  • be free from avoidable technical defects;

  • be suitable for digital download.

Products containing obvious defects may be rejected or removed until corrected.

Examples include:

  • corrupted files;

  • unreadable pages;

  • incomplete documents;

  • duplicate uploads;

  • significant formatting errors;

  • broken downloadable files.

Marketplace approval of a listing does not constitute certification that the product is free from defects.

8. 6 File Requirements

Unless otherwise approved by Printable Publishing:

  • Digital Products must be supplied as a PDF, or as a ZIP archive containing PDF files;

  • Printed and Premium print-on-demand Products must be supplied as a print-ready PDF;

  • files should be optimized for digital delivery;

  • documents should maintain high print quality;

  • unnecessary blank pages should be avoided;

  • files should not contain technical errors preventing normal use.

Printable Publishing may introduce additional supported formats in the future.

8. 7 Product Descriptions

Every listing must accurately describe the product being sold.

Descriptions should provide Buyers with sufficient information to understand what they are purchasing.

Product descriptions should include, where applicable:

  • theme;

  • number of pages;

  • intended audience;

  • product contents;

  • included files;

  • special features;

  • permitted usage rights where relevant.

Descriptions must not:

  • contain false claims;

  • exaggerate product functionality;

  • intentionally mislead Buyers;

  • conceal material information.

8. 8 Listing Accuracy

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all listing information remains accurate.

This includes:

  • titles;

  • descriptions;

  • preview images;

  • pricing;

  • categories;

  • keywords;

  • downloadable files.

Listings must accurately represent the actual Digital Product delivered after purchase.

Material changes to a product should be reflected in the listing as soon as reasonably practicable.

8. 9 Product Images

Listing images must accurately represent the product.

Listings should include:

  • an image of the front cover;

  • an image of the back cover where applicable;

  • several interior preview pages;

  • clear representations of the product.

Preview images must be original or properly licensed.

Images intended solely for marketing purposes that do not accurately depict the Digital Product may be rejected.

Examples include:

  • misleading mockups;

  • staged lifestyle photography that obscures the actual product;

  • unrelated stock photography.

Printable Publishing may require Sellers to replace images that fail to meet Marketplace standards.

8. 10 Pricing

Sellers determine the selling price of their own products.

When setting prices, Sellers should consider:

  • Marketplace commissions;

  • taxes;

  • payment processing fees;

  • currency conversion costs;

  • promotional discounts.

All prices displayed to Buyers must accurately reflect the intended purchase price.

Printable Publishing reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors where necessary to prevent Marketplace disruption.

8. 11 Inventory

Most Marketplace products are digital and therefore not subject to inventory limitations.

Where the Marketplace supports limited digital editions or quantity-controlled listings, Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory information.

8. 12 Delivery

Digital Products are delivered electronically following successful payment processing. Download links are emailed to the Buyer and, where the Buyer has an account, the files are also stored in the Buyer’s account library.

Printed Products are produced and shipped by the Marketplace’s print-on-demand supplier. Production and delivery times, shipping costs and destinations are those shown at checkout.

Sellers shall not require Buyers to complete additional purchases or subscribe to external services in order to receive products purchased through the Marketplace.

8. 13 Product Approval

Printable Publishing reserves the right to review Listings before publication. Premium print-on-demand Variants are always submitted for administrator approval and cannot go live until approved. Other Variants publish when the Seller activates them, subject to review at any time.

Listings may be:

  • approved;

  • rejected;

  • returned for revision;

  • temporarily withheld pending review.

Approval decisions are made at the Marketplace's discretion.

Marketplace approval does not transfer responsibility for legal compliance from the Seller to Printable Publishing.

8. 14 Marketplace Edits

To maintain consistency across the Marketplace, Printable Publishing may make minor editorial or formatting adjustments to listings.

Such adjustments may include:

  • correcting spelling;

  • correcting formatting;

  • improving categorization;

  • standardizing Marketplace presentation;

  • correcting obvious typographical errors.

Printable Publishing will not materially alter the substance of a Seller's product without the Seller's consent unless necessary to comply with law or Marketplace policy.

8. 15 Updating Products

Sellers may update their products through the Seller Dashboard.

Updated listings may require renewed Marketplace approval before becoming publicly available.

Sellers remain responsible for ensuring updated products continue to comply with Marketplace policies.

8. 16 Seller Dashboard

Printable Publishing provides Sellers with management tools through the Seller Dashboard.

Available features may include:

  • listing management;

  • order history;

  • payout reports;

  • subscription management;

  • sales statistics;

  • customer reviews;

  • promotional tools.

Dashboard functionality may change as the Marketplace develops.

Printable Publishing makes no guarantee that any specific feature will remain permanently available.

8. 17 Customer Support

Sellers are expected to provide reasonable assistance regarding the products they sell.

This includes addressing:

  • download issues;

  • product defects;

  • file errors;

  • reasonable customer inquiries.

Sellers should respond professionally and in good faith.

Printable Publishing reserves the right to intervene where necessary to protect Buyers or the integrity of the Marketplace.

8. 18 Marketplace Reputation

Sellers contribute to the overall reputation of Printable Publishing.

Accordingly, Sellers agree to conduct themselves professionally in all Marketplace-related activities.

Sellers shall avoid conduct that may reasonably be expected to:

  • undermine Buyer confidence;

  • damage the Marketplace's reputation;

  • misrepresent Marketplace services;

  • discourage fair competition;

  • interfere with Marketplace operations.

8. 19 Marketplace Communications

Printable Publishing may communicate with Sellers regarding:

  • policy updates;

  • compliance matters;

  • listing reviews;

  • payout information;

  • product approvals;

  • security notices;

  • operational announcements.

Sellers are responsible for monitoring the email address associated with their Seller account.

Failure to receive or read Marketplace communications does not excuse non-compliance with this Policy.

8. 20 Ongoing Compliance

Seller obligations continue throughout the duration of the Seller's participation in the Marketplace.

Printable Publishing may periodically review Seller accounts, listings, and Marketplace activity to verify continued compliance with this Policy.

Where violations are identified, Printable Publishing may require corrective action within a reasonable period or take enforcement action as provided elsewhere in this Policy.

9. Listing Requirements

9. 1 Purpose

The Marketplace is committed to maintaining a professional, trustworthy, and consistent buying experience.

These Listing Requirements establish the minimum standards applicable to every product offered for sale through Printable Publishing.

All Listings must accurately represent the Digital Product being sold and comply with this Seller Policy, the Terms of Use, and all applicable Marketplace policies.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in rejection, removal, suspension, or modification of a Listing.

9. 2 Seller Responsibility

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that every Listing:

  • accurately represents the Digital Product;

  • complies with applicable laws;

  • complies with Marketplace policies;

  • contains truthful and complete information;

  • does not mislead Buyers.

Marketplace approval of a Listing does not transfer responsibility for compliance to Printable Publishing.

9. 3 Eligible Products

Only Marketplace-approved Digital Products may be listed.

Products must fall within approved Marketplace categories, including:

  • Coloring Books

  • Activity Books

  • Dot-to-Dot Books

  • Drawing Practice Books

  • Educational Printables

  • Puzzle Books

  • Similar digital publications approved by Printable Publishing.

Printable Publishing may refuse Listings that fall outside the Marketplace's intended scope.

9. 4 Product Files

Digital Products must:

  • be complete;

  • be functional;

  • be free from technical defects;

  • correspond to the Listing description;

  • be suitable for digital download.

Unless otherwise approved by Printable Publishing, Digital Products should be uploaded as a PDF or as a ZIP archive of PDF files, and Printed Products as a print-ready PDF.

Files should be prepared using professional publishing standards and should maintain high print quality.

Products containing corrupt files, incomplete pages, unreadable content, or similar defects may be rejected.

9. 5 Product Titles

Product titles should clearly identify the work being offered.

Titles should:

  • accurately reflect the product;

  • be concise;

  • avoid unnecessary repetition;

  • avoid keyword stuffing;

  • avoid misleading marketing language.

The Marketplace categorizes products separately. Sellers should therefore avoid unnecessarily including generic terms such as "Coloring Book" or "Activity Book" where the category already communicates that information.

Titles must not:

  • impersonate another creator;

  • infringe trademarks;

  • contain deceptive claims;

  • include offensive language.

Printable Publishing reserves the right to request title modifications where necessary.

9. 6 Product Descriptions

Each Listing must include a complete and accurate description of the Digital Product.

Descriptions should provide sufficient information for Buyers to make informed purchasing decisions.

Where applicable, descriptions should include:

  • theme;

  • subject matter;

  • intended audience;

  • page count;

  • book contents;

  • notable features;

  • included files;

  • printing information where relevant;

  • usage rights where applicable.

Descriptions should focus on helping Buyers understand the product rather than maximizing search engine rankings.

Descriptions must not contain:

  • false claims;

  • deceptive marketing;

  • unsupported guarantees;

  • misleading statements;

  • irrelevant promotional content.

9. 7 Search Optimization

Printable Publishing permits reasonable search optimization practices.

Sellers may incorporate:

  • relevant keywords;

  • descriptive language;

  • searchable terminology.

However, Listings must remain readable and written primarily for Buyers.

The following practices are prohibited:

  • excessive keyword repetition;

  • hidden keywords;

  • misleading metadata;

  • irrelevant search terms;

  • attempts to manipulate Marketplace search rankings.

9. 8 Product Images

Images are one of the most important elements of a Listing.

Listing images must accurately represent the Digital Product.

Each Listing should normally include:

  • the front cover;

  • the back cover where applicable;

  • three to five representative interior pages;

  • additional images where necessary to demonstrate the product.

Preview images should allow Buyers to understand exactly what they are purchasing.

9. 8.1 Image Standards

Images must:

  • be original or properly licensed;

  • accurately depict the product;

  • be clear and readable;

  • be appropriately cropped;

  • be of sufficient resolution.

Images should not contain excessive watermarks or visual obstructions that prevent Buyers from evaluating the product.

9. 8.2 Prohibited Images

The following are generally not permitted as primary Listing images:

  • unrelated stock photography;

  • misleading mockups;

  • staged lifestyle imagery that conceals the actual product;

  • AI-generated previews that differ materially from the downloadable product;

  • copyrighted third-party images without authorization.

Printable Publishing may remove or require replacement of non-compliant images.

9. 9 Product Categories

Sellers are responsible for selecting the most appropriate Marketplace category.

Listings intentionally placed in incorrect categories for promotional purposes may be corrected or removed.

Repeated misuse of categories may result in enforcement action.

9. 10 Pricing

Sellers determine the retail price of their products.

Prices should be fair, transparent, and accurately displayed.

Pricing must not:

  • mislead Buyers;

  • conceal mandatory charges;

  • contain obvious pricing errors intended to attract traffic;

  • advertise unavailable discounts.

Printable Publishing reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors where necessary to preserve Marketplace integrity.

9. 11 Discounts and Promotions

Sellers may participate in promotional campaigns offered through the Marketplace.

Any advertised discount must:

  • represent a genuine price reduction;

  • comply with applicable consumer protection laws;

  • accurately describe the promotion.

Artificial price inflation immediately before a promotional event is prohibited.

Printable Publishing may refuse or remove promotions that appear misleading or deceptive.

9. 12 Product Updates

Sellers may improve their Digital Products after publication.

Where updates materially alter the product, Sellers should update:

  • descriptions;

  • preview images;

  • page counts;

  • features;

  • version information where appropriate.

Printable Publishing may require updated Listings to undergo renewed review before publication.

9. 13 Product Versions

Where multiple editions of the same product exist, Sellers should clearly distinguish between versions.

Listings should avoid creating unnecessary confusion between:

  • editions;

  • revisions;

  • bundles;

  • expanded versions.

Material differences between versions should be disclosed.

9. 14 Duplicate Listings

Duplicate Listings are generally prohibited.

A Listing may be considered a duplicate where it offers substantially the same Digital Product without meaningful differentiation.

Printable Publishing may remove duplicate Listings to improve Marketplace quality.

Exceptions may be made where different versions serve legitimate commercial purposes.

9. 15 Bundles

Product bundles are permitted where:

  • all included products are accurately described;

  • Buyers clearly understand what is included;

  • bundle pricing is transparent.

Bundle Listings should identify all significant included products.

9. 16 Product Availability

Digital Products listed for sale should remain available for download following purchase.

Where a product must be removed due to legal, technical, or compliance reasons, Printable Publishing reserves the right to remove the Listing without prior notice.

9. 17 Marketplace Review

Printable Publishing may review Listings before publication or at any time thereafter.

During review the Marketplace may evaluate:

  • legal compliance;

  • quality;

  • product accuracy;

  • Marketplace suitability;

  • copyright concerns;

  • content moderation issues;

  • consumer protection requirements.

The Marketplace reserves the right to request revisions before approval.

9. 18 Editorial Adjustments

Printable Publishing may make minor editorial changes necessary to improve Marketplace consistency.

Such changes may include:

  • correcting spelling;

  • correcting grammar;

  • adjusting formatting;

  • improving categorization;

  • correcting obvious typographical errors.

Printable Publishing will not materially alter the content of a Seller's product without consent unless required by law or necessary to enforce Marketplace policies.

9. 19 Listing Removal

Listings may be removed where they:

  • violate Marketplace policies;

  • infringe intellectual property rights;

  • contain illegal content;

  • mislead Buyers;

  • present significant quality issues;

  • threaten Marketplace security;

  • violate applicable laws.

Removal may be temporary or permanent depending on the nature of the violation.

9. 20 Seller Cooperation

Where Printable Publishing identifies Listing issues, Sellers are expected to cooperate in resolving them.

Corrective actions may include:

  • updating Listing information;

  • replacing images;

  • correcting descriptions;

  • revising product files;

  • providing additional documentation.

Failure to cooperate may result in further enforcement action.

9. 21 Continuing Compliance

Listing compliance is an ongoing obligation.

Printable Publishing may periodically review existing Listings to ensure continued compliance with evolving Marketplace standards.

Previously approved Listings may be required to meet updated standards following future policy revisions.

10. Advertising & Marketing

10. 1 Purpose

Printable Publishing encourages Sellers to actively promote their products and the Marketplace through lawful, honest, and ethical marketing practices.

This section establishes the standards governing advertising, marketing, branding, promotional activities, and public communications relating to Listings and the Marketplace.

These requirements are intended to protect Buyers, Sellers, intellectual property rights, and the reputation of Printable Publishing.

10. 2 General Principles

All marketing conducted by Sellers must be:

  • truthful;

  • accurate;

  • transparent;

  • professional;

  • lawful;

  • respectful of competitors, customers, and other creators.

Marketing must not deceive, manipulate, or unfairly influence Buyers.

Sellers remain solely responsible for ensuring that their advertising complies with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and competition laws in every jurisdiction where their marketing is directed.

10. 3 Seller Marketing

Printable Publishing encourages Sellers to market their own products through legitimate promotional channels.

Permitted promotional activities include:

Sellers are encouraged—but not required—to promote Printable Publishing alongside their own products.

Examples include:

  • linking directly to Marketplace Listings;

  • sharing Marketplace announcements;

  • highlighting Marketplace promotions;

  • announcing new product releases;

  • encouraging readers to visit Printable Publishing.

Examples of prohibited practices include:

  • false scarcity claims;

10. 7 Use of Marketplace Branding

Printable Publishing retains all rights in its:

  • trademarks;

  • logos;

  • brand names;

  • graphics;

  • slogans;

  • website design;

  • Marketplace branding.

Sellers may refer to Printable Publishing by name when accurately describing where their products are available.

However, Sellers may not:

  • imply ownership of the Marketplace;

  • imply an employment relationship;

  • imply official Marketplace endorsement beyond the ordinary Marketplace relationship;

  • reproduce Marketplace branding in a manner likely to confuse customers.

Use of Marketplace logos or brand assets outside normal promotional references may require prior written permission.

10. 8 Social Media

Printable Publishing encourages Sellers to use social media responsibly.

Examples of appropriate social media content include:

  • announcing new releases;

  • sharing previews;

  • educational posts;

  • behind-the-scenes content;

  • customer appreciation posts;

  • participation in Marketplace campaigns.

Social media activity should remain professional and respectful.

Sellers remain solely responsible for content published through their own social media accounts.

10. 9 Email Marketing

Sellers may conduct email marketing where permitted by applicable law.

Email communications must comply with all applicable legislation regarding:

  • consent;

  • unsubscribe mechanisms;

  • sender identification;

  • privacy;

  • commercial electronic communications.

Printable Publishing is not responsible for Seller-operated mailing lists.

10. 10 Paid Advertising

Sellers may independently purchase advertising through third-party advertising platforms.

Examples include:

  • Google Ads;

  • Meta Ads;

  • Pinterest Ads;

  • TikTok Ads;

  • Microsoft Advertising;

  • other legitimate advertising services.

Advertisements may link directly to Marketplace Listings where permitted by the advertising platform.

Sellers remain responsible for:

  • advertising costs;

  • advertising compliance;

  • campaign performance;

  • applicable legal requirements.

Printable Publishing does not reimburse advertising expenses unless expressly agreed in writing.

10. 11 Search Engine Marketing

Reasonable search engine optimization ("SEO") practices are permitted.

Sellers may optimize Listings using:

  • descriptive titles;

  • accurate keywords;

  • meaningful descriptions;

  • relevant metadata.

Manipulative SEO practices are prohibited.

Examples include:

  • keyword stuffing;

  • hidden text;

  • misleading metadata;

  • unrelated search terms;

  • deceptive redirects.

Printable Publishing reserves the right to remove Listings employing abusive search optimization techniques.

10. 12 Comparative Advertising

Comparisons with competing products are permitted only where they are:

  • truthful;

  • verifiable;

  • fair;

  • lawful.

Sellers must not make false or misleading statements regarding competing creators, products, or marketplaces.

Advertising intended primarily to disparage competitors is prohibited.

10. 13 Reviews and Testimonials

Customer reviews and testimonials must reflect genuine customer experiences.

Sellers must not:

  • purchase fake reviews;

  • exchange reviews for compensation without appropriate disclosure;

  • create fictitious customer accounts;

  • manipulate Marketplace ratings;

  • pressure customers into leaving positive reviews.

Printable Publishing may remove reviews that violate Marketplace policies.

Repeated manipulation of reviews may result in suspension or termination of Seller privileges.

10. 14 Influencer Marketing

Where Sellers collaborate with influencers, affiliates, or content creators, all required advertising disclosures must be made in accordance with applicable law.

Sponsored content should be clearly identifiable as advertising where legally required.

Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that third parties promoting their products comply with applicable advertising laws.

10. 15 Affiliate Promotion

Printable Publishing may establish affiliate or referral programs.

Unless expressly authorized by the Marketplace, Sellers may not:

  • represent themselves as official Marketplace affiliates;

  • create unauthorized referral programs using Marketplace branding;

  • promise Marketplace benefits on behalf of Printable Publishing.

Participation in any Marketplace affiliate or referral program shall be governed by its own applicable terms, in addition to this Policy.

The Marketplace currently operates two such programs:

  • Seller affiliate links. Each Seller is issued a personal affiliate link of the form /a/CODE, which opens the Marketplace with that Seller’s catalogue. The link is an attribution and analytics tool: clicks, visitors and attributed revenue are reported in the Seller Dashboard. It does not pay an additional commission, and revenue from attributed sales is settled under the Seller’s ordinary Subscription Plan terms.

  • Customer referral links. Buyers may share a referral link of the form /r/CODE. When a referred Buyer completes their first paid order, both the referring Buyer and the referred Buyer may receive store credit at the levels published by the Marketplace. Referral credit is subject to fraud checks and administrator review, and may be withheld or reversed where abuse, self-referral or circumvention is suspected. The programme is opt-in for Sellers and funded by the participating Seller as described in Section 7.9.1; welcome discounts and store credit apply only to Products from participating Sellers.

Sellers may promote their own affiliate link freely through their own channels, but must not present it as an official Marketplace endorsement, and must not offer, imply or advertise referral rewards, discounts or store credit beyond those published by the Marketplace.

10. 16 Coupons and Promotional Offers

Sellers may participate in promotional campaigns offered through the Marketplace.

Coupons and promotional pricing must:

  • accurately reflect the advertised offer;

  • remain available for the stated promotional period unless withdrawn for legitimate reasons;

  • comply with consumer protection legislation.

Printable Publishing reserves the right to refuse or remove misleading promotional campaigns.

10. 17 Marketplace Promotions

Printable Publishing may periodically conduct Marketplace-wide promotional campaigns.

Participation in such campaigns may be voluntary or subject to eligibility requirements determined by the Marketplace.

The Marketplace reserves discretion regarding:

  • participating Sellers;

  • featured products;

  • promotional placement;

  • campaign duration.

Participation in Marketplace promotions does not guarantee increased sales or visibility.

10. 18 Bestseller and Featured Listings

Printable Publishing may feature selected products throughout the Marketplace.

Featured placement may be based on factors including:

  • sales performance;

  • customer satisfaction;

  • Marketplace engagement;

  • product quality;

  • seasonal relevance;

  • editorial selection.

Featured status cannot be purchased unless explicitly identified as a paid advertising opportunity offered by Printable Publishing.

Marketplace editorial decisions regarding featured products are final.

10. 19 Prohibited Marketing Practices

The following practices are prohibited:

  • deceptive advertising;

  • false claims;

  • misleading pricing;

  • impersonation;

  • trademark infringement;

  • copyright infringement;

  • fake scarcity;

  • fake urgency;

  • fake customer reviews;

  • manipulated ratings;

  • spam marketing;

  • unsolicited mass messaging in violation of applicable law;

  • misleading domain names;

  • misleading Marketplace branding;

  • defamatory advertising;

  • harassment of competitors;

  • advertising illegal products;

  • advertising products removed by Printable Publishing;

  • advertising products that materially differ from those sold through the Marketplace.

Attempting to manipulate Marketplace visibility through deceptive practices is strictly prohibited.

10. 20 Enforcement

Printable Publishing may investigate suspected violations of this section.

Where violations are identified, Printable Publishing may:

  • require advertising to be modified;

  • remove Listings;

  • suspend promotional privileges;

  • remove Marketplace features;

  • suspend Seller accounts;

  • terminate Seller accounts for repeated or serious violations.

The Marketplace may also cooperate with governmental authorities where required by applicable law.

10. 21 Continuing Compliance

Marketing obligations continue throughout the Seller's participation in the Marketplace.

Printable Publishing may periodically review promotional materials associated with Marketplace Listings to ensure ongoing compliance with evolving legal requirements and Marketplace standards.

Sellers are expected to update their marketing practices where necessary to remain compliant with this Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

11. 1 Purpose

Printable Publishing respects intellectual property rights and expects all Sellers to do the same.

This section governs ownership of Digital Products, licensing, intellectual property warranties, infringement reporting, and the Marketplace's procedures for addressing alleged violations of copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Compliance with this section is a condition of selling through the Marketplace.

11. 2 Seller Ownership

Sellers retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the original Digital Products they create and upload to the Marketplace.

Except as expressly provided in this Policy or the Terms of Use, Printable Publishing does not acquire ownership of a Seller's:

  • copyrights;

  • trademarks;

  • designs;

  • illustrations;

  • written content;

  • branding;

  • other intellectual property.

Nothing in this Policy transfers ownership of a Seller's intellectual property to Printable Publishing.

11. 3 Marketplace Licence

By uploading a Digital Product, the Seller grants Printable Publishing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable licence to:

  • host;

  • store;

  • reproduce;

  • display;

  • distribute;

  • market;

  • promote;

  • make available for download;

  • process;

  • technically modify where necessary for Marketplace operation.

This licence exists solely for the purpose of operating, improving, maintaining, securing, and promoting the Marketplace.

The licence remains in effect for as long as the product is available through the Marketplace and for any additional period reasonably necessary to:

  • complete outstanding transactions;

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • maintain backups;

  • resolve disputes;

  • enforce Marketplace policies.

Termination of a Listing or Seller account does not affect licences necessary to complete transactions completed before termination.

11. 4 Seller Warranties

By uploading a product, the Seller represents and warrants that:

  • they own or control all necessary intellectual property rights;

  • they possess all required licences and permissions;

  • publication through the Marketplace does not infringe the rights of any third party;

  • the product does not violate any contractual obligations;

  • the product does not unlawfully use another person's name, image, likeness, or proprietary material.

The Seller remains solely responsible for ensuring these warranties remain accurate throughout the period the product is available on the Marketplace.

11. 5 Third-Party Content

Sellers may include third-party content only where they possess all necessary legal rights.

Examples include:

  • fonts;

  • photographs;

  • illustrations;

  • textures;

  • graphics;

  • templates;

  • stock assets;

  • AI-generated content where applicable;

  • licensed commercial assets.

Where a licence imposes conditions on commercial distribution, Sellers remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with those conditions.

Printable Publishing may request evidence of licensing at any time.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in removal of the Listing or other enforcement action.

11. 6 Trademarks

Listings must not infringe the trademark rights of any third party.

Sellers must not:

  • use another party's trademark in a misleading manner;

  • imply sponsorship or endorsement where none exists;

  • register Listings intended to confuse consumers;

  • misuse Marketplace trademarks.

Descriptive references to third-party products or brands may be permitted where lawful, accurate, and not misleading.

11. 7 Copyright Compliance

Sellers must not upload content that:

  • copies another creator's work without authorization;

  • reproduces copyrighted material without permission;

  • substantially imitates protected works;

  • violates copyright law.

Where a Seller incorporates licensed material into a product, the Seller is responsible for ensuring that the licence permits such use.

Marketplace approval does not constitute confirmation that a product is legally compliant.

11. 8 Buyer Licence

Upon completion of a purchase, Buyers receive the licence described in the Buyer Policy and the Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Marketplace sale grants Buyers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased Digital Product for the permitted purposes described in those policies.

Ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with the Seller.

11. 9 Marketplace Intellectual Property

Printable Publishing retains all rights, title, and interest in its own intellectual property, including but not limited to:

  • Marketplace software;

  • website design;

  • branding;

  • logos;

  • trademarks;

  • service marks;

  • graphics;

  • documentation;

  • text;

  • Marketplace databases;

  • original Marketplace content.

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or written authorization, Sellers may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Marketplace intellectual property.

11. 10 Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

Printable Publishing provides a process for reporting alleged intellectual property infringement.

Rights holders who believe their intellectual property has been infringed should submit a written notice containing sufficient information to enable the Marketplace to investigate the allegation.

A notice should include, where applicable:

  • identification of the intellectual property claimed to have been infringed;

  • identification of the allegedly infringing Listing;

  • the claimant's contact information;

  • a description of the alleged infringement;

  • any supporting documentation reasonably available.

Printable Publishing may request additional information where necessary to evaluate a claim.

11. 11 Marketplace Investigation

Upon receipt of an infringement report, Printable Publishing may:

  • acknowledge receipt of the complaint;

  • request additional information;

  • temporarily disable access to the Listing;

  • notify the Seller;

  • investigate the allegation;

  • seek clarification from the parties involved.

The Marketplace may take interim measures where reasonably necessary to protect rights holders, Buyers, or the Marketplace.

Submission of a complaint does not guarantee removal of content.

11. 12 Seller Response

Where appropriate, Sellers may be given an opportunity to respond to allegations of infringement.

Printable Publishing may request:

  • ownership documentation;

  • licences;

  • permissions;

  • contracts;

  • evidence supporting the Seller's rights.

Failure to respond within a reasonable period may result in enforcement action.

11. 13 Counter-Notification

Where a Seller believes content has been removed or disabled in error, the Seller may submit a counter-notification.

A counter-notification should include sufficient information to enable Printable Publishing to evaluate the request, including:

  • identification of the affected Listing;

  • the basis for disputing the claim;

  • supporting documentation where available;

  • current contact information.

Printable Publishing may restore access to the Listing where appropriate following review.

11. 14 Repeat Infringers

Printable Publishing reserves the right to suspend or terminate Seller accounts that repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

In determining whether a Seller is a repeat infringer, Printable Publishing may consider factors including:

  • the number of substantiated complaints;

  • the seriousness of the violations;

  • repeated failure to respond;

  • evidence of intentional infringement;

  • prior enforcement history.

The Marketplace is not required to tolerate repeated infringement.

11. 15 Fraudulent Claims

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent infringement notices or counter-notifications is prohibited.

Printable Publishing may reject abusive complaints and may take appropriate action against users who misuse the reporting process.

11. 16 Marketplace Discretion

Printable Publishing retains discretion to:

  • remove Listings;

  • disable downloads;

  • suspend accounts;

  • request additional documentation;

  • restore content;

  • refuse publication of content that presents a material legal risk.

These decisions are made in good faith to protect the Marketplace, Buyers, Sellers, and intellectual property rights.

11. 17 Cooperation with Authorities

Where required by applicable law, Printable Publishing may cooperate with courts, governmental authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other competent bodies regarding intellectual property disputes.

Such cooperation may include the disclosure of information where legally required or permitted under the Privacy Policy.

11. 18 Limitation of Marketplace Responsibility

Printable Publishing acts as an intermediary platform for independent Sellers.

The Marketplace does not routinely verify ownership of every uploaded product before publication.

Accordingly:

  • Sellers remain solely responsible for the content they upload;

  • Printable Publishing does not guarantee that Marketplace content is free from infringement;

  • the Marketplace is not responsible for intellectual property violations committed by Sellers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Printable Publishing will respond to substantiated infringement claims in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

11. 19 Survival

The provisions relating to:

  • ownership;

  • granted licences;

  • confidentiality;

  • dispute resolution;

  • excessive promotional messaging;

  • deceptive metadata.

Privacy Violations

Content must not unlawfully disclose another person's:

  • personal information;

  • financial information;

  • confidential information;

  • identity documents;

  • private communications.

Offensive Content

Printable Publishing may remove content that is excessively offensive, obscene, or otherwise incompatible with the Marketplace's professional environment, even where such content is not unlawful.

12. 5 Hand-Drawn Artwork Only

Printable Publishing is a curated marketplace for original hand-drawn artwork. Every Listing must consist of artwork drawn by hand by the Seller, whether on paper or drawn freehand using a stylus or digital drawing tools.

The following are prohibited and may not be published through the Marketplace:

  • generative AI artwork, in whole or in part;

  • AI-assisted artwork where generative AI produced any part of the published illustration;

  • artwork produced primarily by automated vectorisation, tracing or filters applied to photographs or third-party images;

  • purely digitally-generated artwork that was not drawn by hand.

Sellers are admitted to the Marketplace only after Printable Publishing has reviewed samples of their hand-drawn work. Printable Publishing may run automated and manual checks at any time, may request the original working files or process photographs, and may unpublish or remove any Listing, and suspend or close the Seller account, where artwork is found not to be hand-drawn.

Automated tools may still be used for non-artwork tasks such as translation, listing text, metadata and biography drafting. Sellers remain fully responsible for that output.

12. 6 Marketplace Review

Printable Publishing may review content:

  • before publication;

  • after publication;

  • following user reports;

  • during routine compliance reviews;

  • where required by law.

Reviews may be conducted manually, through automated tools, or through a combination of both.

The use of automated systems does not replace human oversight where human review is appropriate.

12. 7 User Reports

Buyers, Sellers, rights holders, or other users may report content they reasonably believe violates Marketplace policies or applicable law.

Reports should include sufficient information to allow Printable Publishing to investigate the matter.

Printable Publishing may request additional information where necessary.

12. 8 Marketplace Investigation

Upon receiving a report or otherwise becoming aware of potentially non-compliant content, Printable Publishing may:

  • review the content;

  • request clarification from the Seller;

  • request supporting documentation;

  • seek evidence of ownership or licensing;

  • temporarily restrict access to the content;

  • remove the content where appropriate.

The Marketplace will make reasonable efforts to evaluate reports fairly and in good faith.

12. 9 Temporary Restrictions

Where reasonably necessary during an investigation, Printable Publishing may temporarily:

  • disable a Listing;

  • suspend downloads;

  • restrict product visibility;

  • delay publication;

  • limit Marketplace functionality.

Temporary restrictions are precautionary measures and do not necessarily indicate that a policy violation has occurred.

  • violates this Policy;

  • violates applicable law;

  • infringes intellectual property rights;

  • presents a material security risk;

Content removal may occur with or without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

The notice may include:

  • the reason for the action;

Printable Publishing may permit Sellers to correct policy violations where appropriate.

Corrective measures may include:

  • updating descriptions;

  • replacing preview images;

  • removing prohibited material.

The Marketplace may establish a reasonable deadline for corrective action.

Failure to comply may result in further enforcement measures.

12. 13 Appeals

Where a Seller believes moderation action was taken in error, the Seller may submit a request for review.

Appeals should include:

  • identification of the affected Listing;

  • the reasons the Seller believes the decision was incorrect;

  • any supporting documentation.

Printable Publishing will review appeals in good faith and will determine whether the original decision should be affirmed, modified, or reversed.

The Marketplace's decision following review shall be final, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. 14 Repeat Violations

Repeated violations of Marketplace policies may result in progressively stronger enforcement measures.

Printable Publishing may consider factors including:

  • the seriousness of the violation;

  • whether the violation was intentional;

  • prior compliance history;

  • cooperation during investigations;

  • efforts to remedy the issue.

Enforcement measures may include:

  • warnings;

  • Listing removal;

  • temporary suspension;

  • permanent account termination.

12. 15 Emergency Action

Printable Publishing may take immediate action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to:

  • intellectual property authorities;

  • consumer protection agencies.

Such cooperation may include the disclosure of information necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights and safety of Marketplace users.

12. 18 Limitation of Responsibility

Printable Publishing does not undertake a general obligation to monitor all content published through the Marketplace.

Although the Marketplace may review content and investigate reports, Sellers remain solely responsible for the content they publish.

Nothing in this Policy guarantees that all unlawful or non-compliant content will be identified or removed immediately.

12. 19 Continuing Compliance

Content moderation is an ongoing process.

Printable Publishing may review existing Listings and Digital Products periodically to ensure continued compliance with evolving legal requirements, Marketplace standards, and operational needs.

Sellers are expected to cooperate with reasonable compliance requests and to maintain their Listings in accordance with this Policy.

13. Anti-Discrimination & Professional Conduct

13. 1 Purpose

Printable Publishing is committed to maintaining a Marketplace that is welcoming, inclusive, respectful, and free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, and abusive conduct.

This section establishes the standards of professional conduct expected from all Sellers when interacting with Buyers, other Sellers, Marketplace personnel, business partners, and the wider Marketplace community.

Compliance with this section is a condition of maintaining a Seller account.

  • supporting documentation;

  • information voluntarily provided by the parties involved.

Investigations will be conducted impartially and in good faith.

Corrective measures may include:

  • issuing guidance;

  • requesting removal of inappropriate content;

  • requiring modification of communications;

  • requiring compliance training or acknowledgement of Marketplace policies where appropriate.

The availability of corrective measures does not limit Printable Publishing's right to take immediate action where warranted.

  • issue a warning;

Professional conduct is an ongoing obligation throughout a Seller's participation in the Marketplace.

Sellers are expected to maintain respectful and ethical behaviour in all Marketplace-related activities and to cooperate with Printable Publishing in resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

Sellers are independent businesses and are solely responsible for complying with their own legal obligations relating to privacy and data protection.

Nothing in this Policy transfers a Seller's legal responsibilities to Printable Publishing.

Where a Seller independently collects or processes personal data outside the Marketplace, the Seller is responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable law.

Inaccurate personal data should be corrected or deleted where appropriate.

Sellers should ensure that personal data is processed in a manner that is:

  • lawful;

  • transparent;

  • proportionate;

  • consistent with the legitimate expectations of Marketplace users.

Sellers should avoid using personal data in ways that could reasonably be considered deceptive, exploitative, discriminatory, or inconsistent with the purpose for which the data was collected.

14. 19 Compliance Reviews

Sellers are expected to cooperate with reasonable compliance enquiries.

Failure to cooperate may result in enforcement action where appropriate.

14. 20 Continuing Obligations

Privacy and data protection obligations continue for as long as Sellers process personal data obtained through the Marketplace.

Certain obligations, including confidentiality, legal compliance, and record retention, may survive termination of a Seller account where required by law or by the nature of the obligation.

15. Data Ethics & Responsible Use of AI

15. 1 Purpose

Printable Publishing is committed to promoting responsible innovation, ethical business practices, and the trustworthy use of technology throughout the Marketplace.

This section establishes the ethical principles that guide Sellers in their use of data, artificial intelligence ("AI"), automation, and other emerging technologies when creating, marketing, and distributing Digital Products.

These principles complement the Marketplace Privacy Policy and other Marketplace policies and are intended to promote fairness, accountability, transparency, and respect for individual rights.

15. 3 Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence

Printable Publishing recognises that AI tools can assist Sellers in developing Digital Products and improving business operations.

Sellers may use AI-assisted tools provided that:

  • they have the legal right to use the resulting content;

  • they review AI-generated output before publication;

  • they remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of their products;

  • they ensure the final product complies with Marketplace policies.

The use of AI does not reduce or transfer a Seller's legal or contractual responsibilities.

15. 4 Human Accountability

Sellers remain fully accountable for all content published through the Marketplace, regardless of whether it was created:

  • manually;

  • collaboratively;

  • using AI tools;

  • using automated systems;

  • through third-party software.

Automated tools should assist—not replace—the Seller's professional judgement.

Sellers are expected to exercise appropriate human oversight before publishing any product.

15. 5 Transparency

All Listings on the Marketplace are hand-drawn by their Seller, so no creation label is shown. Misrepresenting the origin of artwork is a breach of this Policy and may result in the Listing being unpublished or removed and the Seller account suspended or closed. Premium print-on-demand is available for every Listing, subject to Printable Publishing approving the print files.

Where required by applicable law, Sellers should provide any further disclosures regarding the use of AI or automated technologies in the creation or delivery of their products.

Printable Publishing may introduce additional disclosure requirements where necessary to:

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • improve Marketplace transparency;

  • assist Buyers in making informed purchasing decisions.

  • manipulate Marketplace rankings;

  • generate deceptive reviews;

  • impersonate individuals;

  • mislead customers;

  • automate abusive Marketplace activity;

  • circumvent Marketplace policies.

Technology should be used to enhance legitimate business activities rather than to obtain unfair competitive advantages.

15. 7 Accuracy and Reliability

Sellers should take reasonable steps to verify the accuracy of information contained within their Digital Products, particularly where AI-assisted tools have been used.

Before publication, Sellers should review products to identify and correct:

  • factual inaccuracies;

  • formatting errors;

  • incomplete content;

  • technical defects.

Printable Publishing may request corrections where significant inaccuracies materially affect the Buyer experience or Marketplace integrity.

15. 8 Respect for Intellectual Property

Sellers must ensure that AI-assisted content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

The use of AI-generated content does not exempt Sellers from complying with:

  • copyright law;

  • trademark law;

  • licensing requirements;

  • this Seller Policy.

Sellers remain responsible for verifying that any third-party material incorporated into AI-assisted works is lawfully used.

15. 9 Privacy and Responsible Data Use

Sellers should not use AI systems or automated technologies to process personal data in ways that are unlawful, deceptive, or inconsistent with the Marketplace Privacy Policy.

Where AI tools process personal data, Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Accordingly, the Marketplace may periodically update this Policy to reflect:

Failure to comply with reasonable requests may result in enforcement action under this Seller Policy.

  • repeated submission of knowingly false information.

16. 11 Intellectual Property Violations

Sellers must not knowingly:

  • upload infringing content;

  • distribute counterfeit material;

  • misuse trademarks;

  • violate software licences;

  • reproduce copyrighted works without authorization;

  • remove copyright notices.

Intellectual property obligations are governed further by Section 11 of this Policy.

16. 12 Unlawful Activity

The Marketplace must not be used to facilitate unlawful conduct.

Prohibited activities include:

  • money laundering;

  • fraud;

  • tax evasion;

  • financing unlawful activity;

  • sanctions violations;

  • export control violations;

Printable Publishing may cooperate with competent authorities where required by applicable law.

16. 13 False Statements

Sellers must not knowingly make false or misleading statements concerning:

  • Printable Publishing;

  • Buyers;

  • other Sellers;

  • Marketplace staff;

  • Marketplace services;

  • Digital Products;

  • legal rights or obligations.

Constructive opinions and good-faith criticism remain permissible where they are truthful and not defamatory.

16. 14 Interference with Other Sellers

Sellers must not intentionally interfere with another Seller's lawful business activities.

Examples include:

  • unauthorized access to competitor accounts;

  • malicious reporting;

  • publication of knowingly false allegations;

  • attempts to disrupt another Seller's Marketplace operations;

  • impersonation of competing Sellers.

Healthy commercial competition remains encouraged.

16. 15 Misuse of Marketplace Branding

Sellers must not:

  • falsely claim affiliation with Printable Publishing;

  • falsely claim Marketplace endorsement;

  • misuse Marketplace trademarks;

  • reproduce Marketplace branding in a misleading manner;

  • register confusingly similar business names or domain names intended to mislead customers.

Permitted references to Printable Publishing for legitimate promotional purposes remain subject to Section 10 (Advertising & Marketing).

16. 16 Automated Activity

Automated systems may be used only where they do not interfere with Marketplace operations or violate Marketplace policies.

Without prior authorization, Sellers must not use automated systems to:

  • scrape Marketplace data;

  • create bulk Listings;

  • manipulate Marketplace rankings;

  • interfere with Marketplace functionality;

  • overload Marketplace infrastructure.

Printable Publishing may implement technical measures to prevent unauthorized automated activity.

16. 17 Compliance with Investigations

Sellers are expected to cooperate with reasonable Marketplace investigations.

Failure to cooperate may include:

  • refusing to provide requested documentation;

  • providing false information;

  • intentionally delaying investigations;

  • destroying relevant records.

Failure to cooperate may constitute an independent violation of this Policy.

16. 18 Attempted Violations

Attempting to commit a prohibited activity, assisting another person in doing so, or encouraging another person to violate this Policy may be treated as though the violation had been completed.

Printable Publishing may take enforcement action before actual harm occurs where there is credible evidence of an attempted violation.

16. 19 Reporting Prohibited Activity

Printable Publishing encourages Sellers and Buyers to report suspected violations of this Policy.

Reports should be made in good faith and include sufficient information to enable investigation.

Knowingly submitting false or malicious reports is itself prohibited.

16. 20 Enforcement

Where Printable Publishing reasonably determines that a prohibited activity has occurred, it may take one or more enforcement measures, including:

  • issuing warnings;

  • requiring corrective action;

  • removing Listings;

  • restricting Marketplace features;

  • withholding payouts where permitted by law or this Policy;

  • suspending Seller accounts;

  • permanently terminating Seller accounts;

  • reporting unlawful conduct to competent authorities where required or appropriate.

The enforcement action taken will depend on the nature, seriousness, frequency, and impact of the violation.

16. 21 Continuing Compliance

Compliance with this section is an ongoing obligation throughout a Seller's participation in the Marketplace.

Sellers are expected to conduct their business in a manner that promotes trust, security, and the long-term integrity of Printable Publishing.

17. Enforcement, Suspension & Termination

17. 1 Purpose

Printable Publishing seeks to maintain a fair, secure, and trustworthy Marketplace for Buyers and Sellers.

This section describes the enforcement measures that may be taken where a Seller fails to comply with this Seller Policy, the Terms of Use, or other applicable Marketplace policies.

Enforcement decisions are intended to protect Marketplace users, preserve Marketplace integrity, and ensure compliance with applicable law.

Printable Publishing will exercise its enforcement powers reasonably, proportionately, and in good faith.

17. 2 Grounds for Enforcement

Printable Publishing may take enforcement action where a Seller:

  • breaches this Seller Policy;

  • breaches the Terms of Use;

  • violates other Marketplace policies;

  • violates applicable law;

  • infringes intellectual property rights;

  • engages in fraudulent or deceptive conduct;

  • compromises Marketplace security;

  • repeatedly receives substantiated customer complaints;

  • fails to cooperate with Marketplace investigations;

  • materially damages the reputation or integrity of the Marketplace.

This list is illustrative and not exhaustive.

17. 3 Types of Enforcement Action

Depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation, Printable Publishing may take one or more of the following actions:

  • issue guidance or educational notices;

  • issue formal warnings;

  • request corrective action;

  • require modification or removal of Listings;

  • remove Digital Products;

  • restrict Marketplace features;

  • suspend Listings;

  • delay or withhold payouts where permitted by this Policy or applicable law;

  • temporarily suspend Seller accounts;

  • permanently terminate Seller accounts;

  • revoke Partner Program participation;

  • report unlawful conduct to competent authorities where required or appropriate.

Enforcement measures may be applied individually or in combination.

17. 4 Progressive Enforcement

Where appropriate, Printable Publishing will seek to apply enforcement measures proportionately.

For less serious or first-time violations, the Marketplace may:

  1. provide guidance;

  2. issue a warning;

  3. allow the Seller a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue.

Repeated, deliberate, or serious violations may result in stronger enforcement measures without the need for prior warnings.

Nothing in this section limits Printable Publishing's ability to take immediate action where circumstances require.

17. 5 Immediate Action

Printable Publishing may immediately suspend or terminate Listings or Seller accounts where reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • protect Buyers;

  • protect other Sellers;

  • protect Marketplace security;

  • prevent fraud;

  • prevent financial loss;

  • remove manifestly unlawful content;

  • respond to court orders or regulatory requirements;

  • address conduct presenting an immediate risk to the Marketplace.

Where practicable, Printable Publishing will notify the Seller of the action taken and the reasons for it.

17. 6 Temporary Suspension

Printable Publishing may temporarily suspend a Seller account or specific Marketplace functionality while investigating potential violations.

During suspension, the Marketplace may, where appropriate:

  • disable Listings;

  • prevent new product submissions;

  • pause product approvals;

  • suspend payouts;

  • restrict access to Marketplace services.

A temporary suspension does not necessarily indicate that a policy violation has occurred.

17. 7 Corrective Action

Printable Publishing may provide Sellers with an opportunity to remedy certain violations before taking further enforcement action.

Corrective action may include:

  • updating Listings;

  • correcting product information;

  • replacing files;

  • providing ownership documentation;

  • resolving customer complaints;

  • updating payment or account information;

  • acknowledging compliance requirements.

Failure to complete required corrective actions within a reasonable period may result in additional enforcement measures.

17. 8 Seller Cooperation

Sellers are expected to cooperate with Marketplace compliance reviews and investigations.

Printable Publishing may request information including:

  • identity verification;

  • ownership documentation;

  • licences;

  • tax information where applicable;

  • payment verification;

  • supporting evidence relating to Listings or transactions.

Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or intentionally delayed information may itself constitute a policy violation.

17. 9 Revocation of Partner Status

Participation in the Marketplace Partner Program is discretionary.

Printable Publishing may revoke Partner status where a Partner:

  • materially breaches this Policy;

  • repeatedly fails to comply with Marketplace requirements;

  • creates a material conflict of interest;

  • breaches confidentiality obligations;

  • engages in fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical conduct;

  • no longer supports the objectives of the Partner Program.

Unless otherwise determined by Printable Publishing, revocation of Partner status does not automatically terminate the Seller account.

Following revocation, the Seller will become subject to the standard subscription plan and commission structure applicable to their account.

17. 10 Voluntary Account Closure

A Seller may request closure of their Seller account at any time by contacting Printable Publishing.

Before an account is closed:

  • outstanding customer obligations should be fulfilled;

  • pending disputes should be resolved where reasonably practicable;

  • outstanding financial obligations should be settled;

  • applicable legal record-keeping requirements must be satisfied.

Closure of an account does not affect rights or obligations arising before the effective date of closure.

17. 11 Effect of Suspension or Termination

Upon suspension or termination, Printable Publishing may:

  • remove Listings;

  • disable product downloads;

  • restrict Marketplace access;

  • suspend payouts pending resolution of outstanding matters;

  • terminate Marketplace services associated with the Seller account.

Termination does not affect:

  • completed customer purchases;

  • accrued payment obligations;

  • intellectual property rights;

  • confidentiality obligations;

  • dispute resolution procedures;

  • limitation of liability provisions;

  • any provision that, by its nature, is intended to survive termination.

17. 12 Appeals

Where a Seller believes enforcement action has been taken in error, the Seller may submit a written request for review.

The request should include:

  • identification of the relevant account or Listing;

  • the decision being challenged;

  • the reasons the Seller believes the decision should be reconsidered;

  • supporting documentation where available.

Printable Publishing will review appeals in good faith and notify the Seller of its decision within a reasonable time.

The Marketplace's decision following review shall be final, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

17. 13 Reinstatement

Printable Publishing may, at its sole discretion, reinstate a suspended Seller account where:

  • the underlying issue has been resolved;

  • required documentation has been provided;

  • corrective actions have been completed;

  • the Marketplace is satisfied that future compliance is reasonably likely.

Reinstatement is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

17. 14 Record Retention

Printable Publishing may retain records relating to enforcement actions, investigations, communications, and supporting documentation for as long as reasonably necessary to:

where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the legal rights, safety, or security of the Marketplace or its users.

17. 16 No Waiver

Failure by Printable Publishing to enforce any provision of this Policy in a particular instance shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision at a later time.

17. 17 Good Faith Administration

Printable Publishing will administer this Policy in good faith and will seek to apply enforcement measures fairly, consistently, and proportionately.

Nothing in this Policy limits Printable Publishing's right to take reasonable action necessary to protect the Marketplace, its users, or its legal interests.

18. Limitation of Liability

Where no subscription fees have been paid, Printable Publishing's liability shall be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

18. 10 Seller Indemnification

The Seller agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Printable Publishing, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of or relating to:

This obligation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

18. 11 Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
