We are committed to:
- collecting only information reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes;
- processing personal information lawfully, fairly, and transparently;
- maintaining appropriate technical and organisational safeguards;
- respecting applicable privacy rights;
- limiting access to personal information on a need-to-know basis; and
- continually reviewing our privacy practices to reflect changes in technology, business operations, and applicable law.
1.3 Relationship to Other Policies
This Privacy Policy should be read together with the Buyer Policy, the Seller Policy, and the Cookies notice. Terms of Use, intellectual property and copyright provisions currently form part of the Seller Policy and Buyer Policy.
Where another Marketplace policy explains how Marketplace services operate, this Privacy Policy explains how personal information relating to those services is processed.
1.4 Applicable Privacy Laws
Printable Publishing endeavours to comply with applicable privacy and data protection legislation, including, where applicable:
- the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR);
- the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR);
- the UK Data Protection Act 2018;
- the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA);
- the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth);
- the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada; and
- other applicable privacy legislation in jurisdictions where Printable Publishing operates.
Where local law provides greater privacy protections than those described in this Policy, those legal rights will apply to the extent required.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected through the Marketplace, including information relating to:
- Buyers, including guest Buyers who purchase without an account;
- Sellers;
- prospective Sellers;
- website visitors;
- newsletter subscribers;
- customer support enquiries; and
- individuals who otherwise interact with Printable Publishing.
This Policy applies regardless of whether you access the Marketplace through:
- our website;
- supported mobile devices;
- email communications; or
- other authorised Marketplace services.
It does not apply to third-party websites, payment providers, social media platforms, or other external services that operate under their own privacy policies.

Digital Product means any downloadable digital publication, printable resource, educational material, colouring book, planner, template, worksheet, journal, puzzle book, or other digital content available through the Marketplace.
Printed Product means a physical book or printable produced on demand and shipped to you, including Premium (spiralbound) print-on-demand editions.
Product means a Digital Product or a Printed Product.
Marketplace means the Printable Publishing online platform.
Personal Information means information relating to an identified or reasonably identifiable individual, including "Personal Data" as defined under the GDPR and similar legislation.

Seller means an individual or organisation authorised to publish and sell Products through Printable Publishing.
Services means all products, services, features, and functionality provided by Printable Publishing.
Unless the context otherwise requires: words in the singular include the plural and vice versa; headings are provided for convenience only; references to legislation include amendments and replacement legislation; and references to applicable law include all binding regulations relevant to the processing of Personal Information.
4. Information We Collect
4.1 Information You Provide
Printable Publishing may collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide when using the Marketplace. Depending on how you interact with our Services, this information may include:
- your name;
- email address;
- billing address;
- shipping address and, where provided, phone number for Printed Product deliveries;
- country or region of residence;
- account login credentials;
- profile information, including a Seller's public display name, photograph, biography and interview answers;
- payment-related information submitted directly to our payment provider;
- tax information where required;
- customer support communications;
- feedback, reviews, uploaded gallery images and survey responses;
- Seller onboarding and subscription information;
- business information supplied by Sellers; and
- any other information you choose to provide to us.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
4.2 Account Information
When you create a Marketplace account, Printable Publishing may collect information necessary to establish your account, authenticate your identity, manage account security, communicate with you, process Marketplace transactions, and administer Marketplace services. Certain information may be mandatory in order to create or maintain an account, and Sellers must supply a name, contact details and profile photograph before publishing.
4.3 Guest Checkout
You may purchase without creating an account. In that case we collect the email address you provide at checkout, together with the billing information required by our payment provider and, for Printed Products, a shipping address. Receipts and library access instructions are sent to that email address. If you later create an account using the same email address, previous guest orders may be linked to that account so that your purchases appear in your library.
4.4 Transaction Information
When you purchase or sell Products, Printable Publishing may collect information relating to Marketplace transactions, including:
- order history;
- purchased Products and selected variants;
- download history;
- shipping and fulfilment status for Printed Products;
- payment confirmations;
- invoices and receipts;
- refunds;
- store credit, referral rewards, coupons and promotional credits;
- Seller payouts and subscription status; and
- transaction timestamps.
Payment card details are processed by our independent payment service provider (Stripe) and are not stored by Printable Publishing.
4.5 Technical Information
When you access the Marketplace, certain technical information may be collected automatically, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, language preferences, referring website, pages viewed, download activity, session information, timestamps, diagnostic information, and security-related logs. Your approximate country may be derived from your IP address in order to display prices in an appropriate currency and to apply the correct tax treatment.
4.6 Information Collected Automatically
Printable Publishing may automatically collect information through Cookies and similar technologies to remember user preferences, maintain secure login sessions, improve website functionality, analyse Marketplace usage, measure performance, detect fraudulent activity, and enhance the user experience. Further information about our use of Cookies is provided in Section 10.
4.7 Referral and Affiliate Links
Where you arrive through a Seller affiliate link (/a/CODE) or a customer referral link (/r/CODE), we record the referring code together with click and visit information so that attribution, analytics and referral rewards can be calculated. Sellers see aggregated affiliate performance only; referring customers see whether a reward has been earned, not the other person's personal information.
4.8 Information from Third Parties
Printable Publishing may receive limited Personal Information from trusted third parties where reasonably necessary to provide Marketplace services, including payment processors, fraud prevention providers, identity verification services, print-on-demand fulfilment partners, analytics providers, marketing platforms where you have provided appropriate consent, and other service providers supporting Marketplace operations. Printable Publishing will only process such information in accordance with applicable law and this Privacy Policy.
5. How We Use Personal Information
5.1 General
Printable Publishing processes Personal Information only where reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and protect the Marketplace. Depending on your interaction with our Services, we may use Personal Information to:
- provide Marketplace services;
- administer Buyer and Seller accounts;
- process orders, payments, refunds, and Seller payouts;
- deliver Digital Products and arrange production and shipping of Printed Products;
- communicate with you;
- maintain Marketplace security;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- pursue our legitimate business interests where appropriate.
We will not process Personal Information for purposes that are incompatible with this Privacy Policy unless permitted or required by applicable law.
5.2 Account Administration
We use Personal Information to create and manage Marketplace accounts, authenticate users, verify account ownership, provide customer support, respond to enquiries, maintain account preferences, communicate important account information, and administer Marketplace services.
5.3 Processing Marketplace Transactions
Printable Publishing processes Personal Information to facilitate Marketplace transactions, including to process purchases, confirm orders, deliver Digital Products, transmit the information required to produce and ship Printed Products, administer Seller onboarding and subscriptions, administer Seller payouts, issue invoices and receipts, process refunds, administer store credit, referral rewards and coupons, and maintain transaction records.
5.4 Customer Support
Personal Information may be used to investigate customer enquiries, resolve technical issues, respond to refund requests, investigate payment issues, assist with download problems, investigate reported Marketplace abuse, manage complaints, and improve customer support services. Support communications may be retained for quality assurance, training, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
5.5 Marketplace Security
Printable Publishing processes Personal Information to help protect the Marketplace against fraud, unauthorised account access, payment abuse, intellectual property infringement, referral or affiliate abuse, spam, malicious software, cyberattacks, policy violations, and other activities that may compromise Marketplace security. Security monitoring may include automated and manual review where reasonably necessary.
5.6 Improving the Marketplace
We may use Personal Information and aggregated usage information to improve Marketplace functionality, evaluate product performance, identify technical issues, develop new Marketplace features, improve accessibility, optimise website performance, analyse user behaviour in aggregated form, and improve the overall customer experience. Where reasonably possible, analytics are conducted using aggregated or de-identified information.
5.7 Automated and AI-Assisted Features
The Marketplace offers optional automated features, including machine translation of listings and files, AI-generated product recommendations, SEO suggestions for Sellers, assistance with author biographies, and an artwork authenticity check used to verify that listed work is genuinely hand-drawn. To provide these features, the relevant content — such as listing text, a cover image, uploaded files submitted for translation, or a Seller's interview answers — is sent to our AI service providers for processing. These features do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and account credentials and payment details are never sent to AI providers.
Requests to our AI providers are sent with data retention and model training disabled under the applicable provider terms, meaning the content submitted is processed to return a result and is not retained by the provider to train models. Where an image is sent, it is supplied as a short-lived link that expires within minutes rather than a permanent address. Printable Publishing itself stores only a metadata record that a feature ran — the feature used, the related listing, the model, the time and whether the call succeeded — and never stores the submitted text or imagery in that record. Interior pages of books are not sent to AI providers as part of these features. Sellers may switch AI-assisted features off for their own work from their artist profile, and reading-protection tracking described elsewhere in this policy exists to protect creators' intellectual property rights. These commitments are contractual undertakings by our providers; we cannot independently verify a provider's internal processing.
5.8 Communications
Printable Publishing may use your Personal Information to send communications relating to account management, orders, product delivery, payment confirmations, refund processing, shipping updates, Marketplace security, policy updates, service announcements, Seller onboarding guidance, customer support, and other communications necessary for the operation of the Marketplace. These communications are considered part of the Marketplace services.
5.9 Marketing Communications
Where permitted by applicable law, Printable Publishing may send marketing communications regarding new Marketplace features, Products, promotions, newsletters, educational content, events, abandoned cart reminders, review invitations, and other Marketplace updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the communication or by updating your account preferences. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect essential service-related communications.
5.10 Legal Compliance
Printable Publishing may process Personal Information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests from regulatory authorities, satisfy tax and accounting obligations, prevent unlawful activity, enforce Marketplace agreements, protect the rights of Printable Publishing, Buyers, Sellers, or third parties, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
6.1 General
Where required by applicable privacy legislation, Printable Publishing processes Personal Information only where a lawful basis exists. Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on one or more of the legal bases described below.
6.2 Performance of a Contract
We process Personal Information where necessary to create and manage Marketplace accounts, process orders, deliver Products, administer Seller relationships, process payments and payouts, provide customer support, and fulfil our contractual obligations. Without this processing, many Marketplace services cannot be provided.
6.3 Compliance with Legal Obligations
Printable Publishing may process Personal Information where required to comply with legal obligations, including obligations relating to taxation, accounting, financial reporting, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering requirements where applicable, consumer protection laws, regulatory investigations, court orders, and law enforcement requests.
6.4 Legitimate Interests
Where permitted by law, Printable Publishing may process Personal Information where reasonably necessary for our legitimate interests, including operating and improving the Marketplace, protecting Marketplace security, preventing fraud, maintaining network security, analysing Marketplace performance, responding to customer enquiries, enforcing Marketplace policies, protecting intellectual property rights, and administering our business efficiently. When relying upon legitimate interests, Printable Publishing seeks to balance those interests against the privacy rights and freedoms of affected individuals.
6.5 Consent
Certain processing activities may rely on your consent, including where required for optional marketing communications, non-essential Cookies, certain analytics technologies, or other processing activities where consent is required under applicable law. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully undertaken before consent was withdrawn.
6.6 Vital Interests
In limited circumstances, Printable Publishing may process Personal Information where necessary to protect the vital interests of an individual or another natural person, where recognised by applicable law.
6.7 Public Interest
Where permitted or required by law, Printable Publishing may process Personal Information where necessary for reasons of substantial public interest or other lawful public interest grounds recognised by applicable legislation.
7. Sharing Personal Information
7.1 General
Printable Publishing does not sell Personal Information. We share Personal Information only where reasonably necessary to operate the Marketplace, provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, protect our legitimate interests, or where you have directed or authorised us to do so. All recipients are expected to handle Personal Information appropriately and, where applicable, in accordance with contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
7.2 Service Providers
Printable Publishing may share Personal Information with trusted third-party service providers that assist us in operating the Marketplace. These providers currently include, among others:
- Stripe, for payment processing, tax calculation and Seller payouts through Stripe Connect;
- our cloud hosting, database, authentication and file storage provider;
- transactional and newsletter email delivery providers;
- print-on-demand production and shipping partners, who receive the recipient name and delivery address needed to fulfil Printed Product orders;
- AI and machine-translation providers supporting optional Marketplace features;
- analytics providers;
- fraud prevention and security providers;
- accounting and financial service providers;
- professional advisers; and
- other technology providers supporting Marketplace operations.
These providers may process Personal Information only to the extent necessary to perform services on our behalf or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
7.3 Buyers and Sellers
Printable Publishing may share limited information between Buyers and Sellers where reasonably necessary to facilitate Marketplace transactions. Depending on the circumstances, this may include order information, purchased Products, transaction identifiers, customer support communications, and refund information. For Printed Products, the Seller and the fulfilment partner receive the recipient's name and delivery address as shown on the packing slip. Sellers do not receive Buyers' payment details, and Printable Publishing seeks to minimise the Personal Information shared between Buyers and Sellers.
7.4 Information You Make Public
Certain information is published on the Marketplace by design: a Seller's display name, photograph, biography, interview answers and listings appear on public author and product pages, and the display name you choose may appear alongside reviews or images you submit to community galleries. Please do not include information in these fields that you do not wish to be public.
7.5 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe and, where offered, additional payment methods presented through Stripe (including wallet and local payment methods). Printable Publishing does not receive or store complete payment card information. Payment providers process Personal Information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable financial regulations.
7.6 Legal and Regulatory Requirements
Printable Publishing may disclose Personal Information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests from courts, regulators, or government authorities, comply with tax reporting obligations, protect Marketplace security, investigate fraud or unlawful activity, enforce Marketplace agreements, establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or protect the rights, safety, or property of Printable Publishing, Buyers, Sellers, or third parties. Where legally permitted and appropriate, Printable Publishing may seek to limit the scope of any disclosure.
7.7 Business Transactions
If Printable Publishing undergoes a business transaction, including a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, financing transaction, or insolvency proceeding, Personal Information may be transferred to the relevant successor or acquiring entity, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations and privacy laws. Where required by applicable law, affected individuals will be notified of material changes relating to such transfers.
7.8 Professional Advisers
Printable Publishing may disclose Personal Information to professional advisers where reasonably necessary, including legal advisers, accountants, auditors, insurers, compliance consultants, and other professional service providers. Such disclosures will be limited to information reasonably necessary for the relevant professional services.
7.9 With Your Consent
Printable Publishing may disclose Personal Information to other parties where you have requested, authorised, or expressly consented to the disclosure. You may withdraw consent where applicable, although this will not affect disclosures made before consent was withdrawn.
8. International Data Transfers
8.1 General
Printable Publishing may process or store Personal Information in countries other than the country in which it was originally collected. As a result, Personal Information may be transferred internationally where this is reasonably necessary to provide Marketplace services or support our business operations.
8.2 Safeguards
Where Personal Information is transferred internationally, Printable Publishing seeks to implement appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable privacy laws. Depending on the circumstances, these safeguards may include contractual data protection obligations, recognised international transfer mechanisms, adequacy decisions issued by competent authorities, technical and organisational security measures, or other lawful safeguards recognised under applicable legislation.
8.3 Cross-Border Service Providers
Many of the technology providers supporting the Marketplace — including our payment, hosting, email, print fulfilment and AI providers — operate internationally. Accordingly, Personal Information may be processed by providers located in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. Printable Publishing seeks to engage reputable service providers that maintain appropriate privacy and security standards.
8.4 Your Rights
Where required by applicable law, you may request additional information regarding international transfers of your Personal Information and the safeguards used to protect those transfers.
9. Data Retention
9.1 General
Printable Publishing retains Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce Marketplace agreements, and protect our legitimate business interests. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the purposes for which it was collected.
9.2 Factors Affecting Retention
When determining how long Personal Information should be retained, Printable Publishing may consider legal and regulatory requirements, tax and accounting obligations, contractual obligations, ongoing customer relationships, Marketplace security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of Marketplace policies, and operational requirements.
9.3 Account Information
Account information may be retained while your Marketplace account remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, investigate fraud, maintain transaction records, or protect Marketplace security. Where an account is closed, certain information may continue to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law.
9.4 Transaction Records
Printable Publishing may retain transaction records, invoices, payment information, and related financial documentation for the periods required under applicable accounting, taxation, consumer protection, and other legal obligations.
9.5 Library Access and Guest Orders
Digital Products are read online in your library rather than downloaded. Where an account exists, purchased books remain readable for as long as the account is open; guests sign in with their checkout email address to read their books. We record reading, printing and blocked-copy activity for each book, including time, device, browser and approximate location derived from your IP address, and we store a one-way hash of the IP address rather than the address itself. This processing is necessary for our and our Sellers' legitimate interest in protecting original hand-drawn artwork against unauthorised copying and distribution; these records are visible only to Printable Publishing and to the book's author, are used only for that purpose, and may trigger an alert or revocation of access where activity indicates a book has been shared. Guest order records are retained for the periods described in Section 9.4 so that receipts, refunds and support requests can be handled.
9.6 Secure Deletion
When Personal Information is no longer required, Printable Publishing will take reasonable steps to securely delete, anonymise, aggregate, or otherwise dispose of the information in accordance with applicable law and recognised information security practices.
10. Cookies & Similar Technologies
10.1 General
Printable Publishing uses Cookies and similar technologies to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the Marketplace. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit the Marketplace. Similar technologies may include pixels, local storage, web beacons, tags, and comparable technologies that enable website functionality, analytics, and security. Your cart, wishlist, language and currency preferences are stored in your browser's local storage.
10.2 Types of Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies are necessary for the operation of the Marketplace and enable core functionality such as user authentication, account login, shopping cart functionality, payment processing, security features, fraud prevention, referral and affiliate attribution, session management, and website performance required for basic functionality. These Cookies cannot generally be disabled through our systems because they are required for the Marketplace to function properly.
Functional Cookies allow the Marketplace to remember your preferences and improve your user experience, including language preferences, regional and currency settings, accessibility preferences, display settings, previously entered information, and other user-selected options.
Analytics Cookies help Printable Publishing understand how visitors interact with the Marketplace, collecting information such as pages visited, navigation paths, session duration, device type, browser information, referral sources, download activity, and aggregated usage statistics. Where reasonably practicable, analytics information is aggregated or de-identified before analysis.
Performance Cookies help us monitor and improve Marketplace performance by identifying technical issues, monitoring system reliability, and measuring website responsiveness.
Marketing Cookies may be used, where permitted by applicable law and where your consent has been obtained where required, to measure advertising performance, personalise promotional content, limit repetitive advertisements, understand campaign effectiveness, and improve marketing communications. Printable Publishing does not use marketing Cookies where consent is required and has not been obtained.
10.3 Third-Party Cookies
Certain trusted third-party providers may place Cookies through the Marketplace to provide services such as payment processing, analytics, fraud prevention, website security, embedded content, and customer support tools. These Cookies are governed by the privacy practices of the relevant third parties. Printable Publishing does not control third-party Cookie practices.
10.4 Managing Cookies
The Marketplace displays a consent banner on your first visit, allowing you to accept or decline non-essential Cookies; you can change that choice at any time. Most internet browsers also allow you to view stored Cookies, delete Cookies, block future Cookies, restrict certain categories of Cookies, or receive notifications before Cookies are stored. Disabling certain Cookies may affect the availability or functionality of some Marketplace features.
10.5 Do Not Track
Some internet browsers support "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is currently no universally accepted standard governing these signals, Printable Publishing may not respond to all Do Not Track requests. Where applicable law requires recognition of browser-based privacy signals, Printable Publishing will comply with those legal requirements.
11. Data Security
11.1 General
Printable Publishing is committed to protecting Personal Information through appropriate administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction. Security measures are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect changes in technology, evolving security risks, and operational requirements.
11.2 Security Measures
Depending on the nature of the information processed, Printable Publishing may implement safeguards including encrypted communications, secure hosting environments, row-level access controls on our database, password protection, authentication measures, time-limited signed links for file downloads, network monitoring, malware protection, regular software updates, security logging, backup procedures, and staff access controls based on business need. These measures are intended to provide a level of security appropriate to the nature of the Personal Information processed.
11.3 User Responsibilities
Marketplace users also play an important role in protecting Personal Information. You are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, protecting your account credentials, keeping devices reasonably secure, logging out from shared devices, maintaining current software and security updates, and notifying Printable Publishing promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
11.4 Security Incidents
Although Printable Publishing takes reasonable precautions to protect Personal Information, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If Printable Publishing becomes aware of a Personal Information breach that requires notification under applicable law, affected individuals and relevant regulatory authorities will be notified in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Printable Publishing will also take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, and remediate security incidents where appropriate.
12. Your Privacy Rights
12.1 General
Depending on your country of residence and applicable privacy legislation, you may have certain rights regarding your Personal Information. These rights may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to applicable legal limitations and exceptions.
12.2 Right of Access
You may request confirmation of whether Printable Publishing processes your Personal Information and, where applicable, request access to that information.
12.3 Right to Correction
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information held by Printable Publishing. Much of your information can be corrected directly in your account settings, and Sellers can update their public profile at any time. Where reasonably possible, other corrections will be made promptly following verification.
12.4 Right to Deletion
Where permitted by applicable law, you may request deletion of your Personal Information. Account deletion can be requested from your account settings, and the request is reviewed and actioned by our team. Printable Publishing may retain certain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, complete existing contractual obligations, resolve disputes, protect Marketplace security, establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or satisfy other lawful retention requirements. Deleting a Seller account removes public author and listing pages from the Marketplace.
12.5 Right to Restrict Processing
Where applicable law provides this right, you may request that Printable Publishing temporarily restrict certain processing activities while a request is being assessed.
12.6 Right to Object
Where processing is based upon legitimate interests, you may object to that processing where permitted by applicable law. Printable Publishing will consider such requests in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
12.7 Right to Data Portability
Where applicable, you may request a copy of certain Personal Information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or request that such information be transferred to another controller where technically feasible.
12.8 Withdrawal of Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
12.9 Marketing Preferences
You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained within marketing emails, updating your Marketplace account preferences, or contacting Printable Publishing. Service-related communications concerning your account or Marketplace transactions may continue to be sent where necessary.
12.10 Exercising Your Rights
Requests relating to privacy rights may be submitted using the contact details in Section 16. Printable Publishing may request reasonable information to verify the identity of the person making the request before responding. Requests will be handled within the timeframes required by applicable law.
13. Children's Privacy
Printable Publishing is intended for individuals who have reached the age required to enter into legally binding agreements under applicable law. Many of our Products are made for children, but accounts and purchases are for adults. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from children where such collection is prohibited by applicable law. If Printable Publishing becomes aware that Personal Information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information as soon as practicable. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided Personal Information to Printable Publishing should contact us using the contact details provided in this Policy.
14. Third-Party Services
The Marketplace may contain links to, integrate with, or rely upon third-party services, including payment providers, analytics providers, cloud hosting services, print-on-demand fulfilment partners, embedded content such as social media feeds, social media platforms, and other external websites or services. Printable Publishing is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party services they choose to access.
15. Policy Updates
Printable Publishing may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, improve Marketplace operations, implement new technologies, enhance privacy protections, clarify existing practices, or respond to regulatory guidance. Where changes are material, Printable Publishing will provide notice through the Marketplace or by other appropriate means where reasonably practicable. The revised Privacy Policy becomes effective on the Effective Date specified at the beginning of the updated version. Continued use of the Marketplace following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
16. Contact Information
Questions, requests, or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy or Printable Publishing's privacy practices may be submitted to support@printablepublishing.com. Privacy-related requests should include sufficient information to enable Printable Publishing to verify the request and respond appropriately. Printable Publishing will make reasonable efforts to respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
