These terms govern participation in the Printable Publishing Marketplace Partner Program. They form part of the Seller Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
1. Marketplace Partner Program
1.1 Purpose of the Partner Program
The Marketplace Partner Program ("Partner Program") is an invitation-only program established to recognize and reward selected Sellers who actively support the growth, development, and success of Printable Publishing.
Partners serve as ambassadors for the Marketplace and may receive additional benefits in recognition of their voluntary contributions to the Marketplace community.
Participation in the Partner Program is a privilege and not a right. Admission into the program is subject to invitation by Printable Publishing and continued compliance with this Policy, the Terms of Use, and all other Marketplace policies.
Participation in the Partner Program does not alter the Seller's status as an independent business. The Partner Program is invitation-only and is currently administered manually by Printable Publishing; there is no self-service application or separate Partner dashboard in the Seller area at this time.
1.2 Eligibility
To become a Marketplace Partner, a Seller must:
maintain an active Seller account in good standing;
receive an invitation from Printable Publishing;
accept this Seller Policy and the Terms of Use;
remain compliant with all Marketplace policies;
maintain a positive and professional relationship with the Marketplace community.
Printable Publishing reserves the sole and absolute discretion to:
invite Sellers into the Partner Program;
decline any application or request for Partner status;
suspend Partner status;
revoke Partner status;
terminate Partner participation at any time in accordance with this Policy.
No Seller has a contractual or legal entitlement to receive or retain Partner status.
1.3 Nature of the Program
The Partner Program is intended to encourage long-term collaboration between Printable Publishing and selected Sellers who contribute positively to the Marketplace.
Partners are expected to support the Marketplace through their experience, knowledge, professionalism, and constructive participation.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, franchise, agency, joint venture, or partnership between Printable Publishing and any Partner.
Partners remain independent Sellers responsible for operating their own businesses.
1.4 Partner Benefits
Approved Partners may receive one or more benefits offered by Printable Publishing.
Benefits are provided at the Marketplace's discretion and may vary between Partners depending on the operation of the Partner Program.
Benefits may include, but are not limited to, those described below.
1.4.1 Lifetime Subscription Waiver
Partners are exempt from Marketplace subscription fees for so long as they maintain active Partner status.
The subscription waiver applies solely to Marketplace subscription fees.
The waiver does not create any ownership interest in the Marketplace and is not transferable.
1.4.2 Commission-Free Marketplace Sales
Partners retain one hundred percent (100%) of revenue from qualifying Marketplace sales, subject to deductions required under this Policy.
Commission-free status applies exclusively to Marketplace commissions that would otherwise be charged under the applicable Subscription Plan.
Partner status does not exempt a Partner from:
value added tax (VAT);
goods and services tax (GST);
sales tax;
income tax;
withholding taxes;
payment processing fees;
PayPal fees;
Stripe fees;
banking fees;
currency conversion fees;
chargeback fees;
refund deductions;
governmental levies;
regulatory charges;
any third-party processing costs.
Partners remain solely responsible for determining, reporting, filing, and paying any taxes applicable to their business activities.
Printable Publishing does not provide tax advice and assumes no responsibility for a Partner's tax obligations.
1.4.3 Access to Exclusive Resources
Partners may receive access to Marketplace resources not generally available to Sellers.
Such resources may include:
Partner discussion forums;
private announcements;
feature request platforms;
surveys;
voting initiatives;
beta testing opportunities;
early access to Marketplace features;
educational materials;
Partner-only communications;
pilot programs.
Printable Publishing may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Partner resource without prior notice.
Access to any Partner resource does not guarantee its continued availability.
1.5 Marketplace Ambassador Responsibilities
Partners agree to act as positive ambassadors for Printable Publishing.
Partners should support the Marketplace through professional, honest, and ethical conduct.
Partners are encouraged, where appropriate, to:
recommend the Marketplace to potential customers;
recommend the Marketplace to creators seeking a platform;
provide constructive feedback;
participate in Marketplace discussions;
contribute ideas for future improvements;
promote the Marketplace honestly through their own channels;
assist in identifying opportunities for Marketplace improvement.
Nothing in this Policy requires Partners to engage in any particular promotional activity.
Partners determine independently whether and how they promote the Marketplace.
1.6 Marketplace Loyalty and Conflicts of Interest
Printable Publishing recognizes that Sellers may operate businesses through multiple marketplaces.
Participation in the Partner Program does not prohibit a Partner from:
maintaining stores on other platforms;
operating independent websites;
selling products through alternative sales channels.
However, while participating in the Partner Program, Partners agree not to actively promote, recruit for, represent, endorse, or advocate competing marketplaces in a manner that materially conflicts with their role as a Marketplace ambassador.
For purposes of this Policy, a competing marketplace is any platform primarily engaged in the sale or distribution of products substantially similar to those offered through Printable Publishing.
This provision does not prohibit ordinary commercial activity.
Instead, it is intended to prevent situations where a Partner simultaneously represents Printable Publishing while actively promoting competing marketplaces in a manner that undermines the objectives of the Partner Program.
Printable Publishing reserves the right to determine, acting reasonably and in good faith, whether a particular activity constitutes a material conflict of interest.
1.7 Partner Activity Expectations
The Partner Program is intended for Sellers who make genuine and ongoing contributions to the Marketplace community.
Printable Publishing does not impose:
mandatory sales quotas;
recruitment requirements;
advertising minimums;
posting schedules;
performance metrics.
Instead, Partners are expected to remain reasonably engaged with the Marketplace.
Examples of meaningful contributions include:
recommending Printable Publishing where appropriate;
sharing Marketplace announcements;
participating in Partner discussions;
submitting feature suggestions;
reporting bugs;
participating in surveys;
testing new Marketplace features;
providing constructive feedback;
supporting fellow creators.
Printable Publishing acknowledges that every Partner contributes differently.
The Marketplace evaluates overall participation rather than any single activity.
1.8 Suggestions and Feedback
Partners may voluntarily submit:
ideas;
suggestions;
feature requests;
feedback;
bug reports;
usability recommendations;
improvement proposals.
By submitting feedback, the Partner grants Printable Publishing a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, modify, implement, publish, reproduce, adapt, commercialize, or otherwise utilize such feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation or attribution.
Submission of feedback does not create:
ownership rights;
intellectual property rights;
licensing rights;
compensation rights;
royalty rights.
Printable Publishing retains sole discretion regarding whether any submitted suggestion will be implemented.
1.9 Confidentiality
Partners may receive access to confidential information not available to the general public.
Confidential information may include, without limitation:
product roadmaps;
beta features;
unreleased functionality;
business strategies;
financial information;
operational procedures;
development plans;
technical documentation;
internal policies;
commercial discussions.
Partners agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and shall not disclose, publish, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise make confidential information available to any third party without the Marketplace's prior written consent.
This confidentiality obligation survives termination of Partner status.
1.10 Independent Relationship
Participation in the Partner Program does not create:
employment;
partnership;
joint venture;
agency;
franchise;
representative authority.
Partners may not enter into agreements, make commitments, offer guarantees, or incur liabilities on behalf of Printable Publishing.
Partners are not authorized spokespersons unless expressly appointed in writing.
1.11 Non-Transferability
Partner status is personal to the approved Partner.
Partner status may not be:
assigned;
transferred;
sublicensed;
sold;
leased;
inherited;
pledged;
shared with another individual or entity.
Any attempted transfer is void and may result in immediate termination of Partner status.
1.12 Code of Conduct
Partners shall conduct themselves professionally when interacting with:
customers;
Sellers;
Marketplace personnel;
service providers;
members of the Marketplace community.
Partners must not engage in conduct that:
is fraudulent;
deceptive;
misleading;
abusive;
discriminatory;
harassing;
defamatory;
unlawful;
unethical;
harmful to the reputation of Printable Publishing.
Partners shall respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with all applicable Marketplace policies.
Violations of this section may result in immediate removal from the Partner Program and may also result in Seller account suspension where appropriate.
1.13 Review of Partner Status
Printable Publishing may periodically review Partner participation.
Partner status may be revoked where a Partner:
becomes inactive for an extended period;
ceases to support the objectives of the Partner Program;
repeatedly acts contrary to the interests of the Marketplace;
materially breaches Marketplace policies;
engages in unlawful or unethical conduct;
creates a material conflict of interest;
breaches confidentiality obligations;
damages the reputation of the Marketplace.
Where reasonably practicable, Printable Publishing will provide notice before removing Partner status and may allow the Partner an opportunity to resume active participation.
Nothing in this section obligates Printable Publishing to maintain Partner status where continued participation would be contrary to the interests of the Marketplace.
1.14 Voluntary Withdrawal
Partners may voluntarily withdraw from the Partner Program at any time by providing written notice to Printable Publishing.
Upon withdrawal:
Partner status shall terminate;
Partner benefits shall cease;
the Seller account shall revert to the applicable standard Subscription Plan then in effect.
1.15 Modification or Discontinuation of the Partner Program
Printable Publishing reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue the Partner Program at any time.
Although the Marketplace intends Partner benefits to remain available indefinitely, no Partner benefit is guaranteed for life.
Business, operational, legal, financial, regulatory, or ownership changes may require modification or discontinuation of the program.
Where reasonably practicable, Printable Publishing will provide advance notice of significant changes.
Changes shall not affect completed transactions processed before the effective date of such changes.
1.16 Limitation of Liability
Participation in the Partner Program is voluntary.
Printable Publishing makes no representation or guarantee regarding:
sales;
revenue;
customer traffic;
Marketplace growth;
future Partner benefits;
business opportunities;
commercial success.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Printable Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Partner Program.
1.17 Effect of Termination
Termination of Partner status shall not affect:
outstanding legal obligations;
confidentiality obligations;
intellectual property rights;
dispute resolution provisions;
limitations of liability;
any provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination.
Upon termination, the Seller may continue selling through the Marketplace under the standard Seller terms, provided the Seller remains otherwise eligible to do so.
